Honestly posting this video is the most terrifying thing I’ve ever done. So this is me, after week one of attempting to dance after 1.25 years off of dancing. It’s not pretty. My rhythms are off, my feet aren’t turned out, my knees aren’t straight, my feet are about two feet apart on my trebles, and I’m 800x more awkward than I ever was before I took a break, but this is me making a valiant effort to retrain myself to dance. So if you have two minutes and a big opinion (like I know most irish dancers do :)), please take a moment to watch this and give some feedback. This is a rare time in my life where I am asking the tumblr community to judge me as hard as they possibly can and tell me everything that is wrong with me. I’ve never been one to take criticism well, but I need all the criticism I can get if I’m truly trying to come back strong, and anything you all notice that could be improved upon would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance guys!
