Water splashed around you as others paddled successfully in their canoes across the lake, you however were stuck in place beside Scott. Neither one of you could decide on which way to paddle leaving your boat to spin in aimless circles before you gave up completely. Across the canoe from you sat Scott with a scowl on his face.
“ You’re rowing the wrong way. ”
“ I’m not! ”
Scott glared daggers at you, his jaw tight with frustration as you attempted to move the canoe again, leaving it to instead spin hopelessly.
“ Yes you are! Just follow my lead. ”
You gave into your anger splashing Scott with your paddle.
A hiss left his lips as the cold water hit his skin. His shirt was sprayed with droplets making it stick to his skin.
“ Are you serious? ”
Without another thought Scott swung his paddle deliberately capsizing the canoe sending you both into the cold lake water. A shriek left your lips as the water sent a shock through your system. Scott surfaced first, gasping and treading water with a malicious smirk as you flailed up. You sputtered, coughing up water before shoving wet strands of hair from your eyes.
The other cliffhangers caught wind of the disturbance across the lake. Their paddles stilled as they turned to point and snicker at you both.
With a huff you swam to the shore pulling yourself from the freezing water. Scott trailed behind watching as you swam to the shore. Once you were out of the water he swam leisurely to the shore himself, climbing out with a smirk despite being completely soaked and freezing.
Without waiting to be dismissed you walked off from the class. With each step you took your shoes squeaked and squelched from the water. Your teeth were beginning to chatter as goosebumps trailed up your skin.
Scott watched as you stomped away, your clothes dripping leaving a trail in the dirt path. He couldn’t help but roll his eyes at your dramatic exit, before he broke into a jog to catch up with you.
“ Don’t be a baby, you started it. ”
You stayed silent choosing instead to ignore his snide comment.
As you walked you noticed Scott didn’t break off, instead he chose to follow after you.
“ Your cabins are that way. ”
Scott’s gaze followed the direction in which you pointed before they found your eyes again.
“ I know where my cabin is. ”
“ Do you, cause you’re following me like a creep. ”
A low chuckle escaped Scott’s lips unoffended by your insult.
-
Amidst the long walk Scott followed you to the doorstep of the girls’ cabin. Just as you were about to enter you found Scott still looming over you like a shadow.
“ What are you doing? ”
“ I’m coming in with you. ”
“ So you can get us both in trouble? No boys are allowed in the girls’ cabin. ”
“ I’m not walking all the way to the boys cabin, it’s fucking freezing. ”
Begrudgingly you opened the door letting Scott in before you followed. Both of you kicked your wet shoes off at the door before beginning to tug off your sopping wet clothes.
Your sweater caught and tangled around your head as you attempted to pull it off. For a moment Scott watched you struggle before offering his help.
“ Lift your arms, you’re shaking like a leaf. ”
A huff escaped your lips as you stood still letting Scott pull off your shirt. He tosses the soggy fabric onto the floor just beside your shoes before moving to his own clothes. More clothes came off as you undressed until you stood in only your underwear. From where Scott stood he couldn’t help but notice the goosebumps that covered your bare skin. The soft sound of your chattering teeth filled the quiet room before Scott opened his mouth to speak.
“ Which bunk is yours? ”
You pointed to a bunk in the far corner of the room, and without hesitation Scott grabbed your hand pulling you towards the bed. He crawled in first before pulling you down alongside him under the thin Camp issued blanket. Your bodies press together attempting to warm one another. Scott’s arms wrapped around your waist, yours rose coming to wrap around his neck. As you both relaxed Scott’s head drooped letting it fall against your shoulder. Both of you lay intertwined together, your bodies pressed together under the blanket basking in each other's warmth. As comfort enveloped you both exhaustion began to creep in. Your eyes began to droop as your body relaxed into Scott’s. Scott began to do the same, his hands pressed against your warm skin holding you close like a teddy bear. Slowly sleep took you both as soft snores filled the empty cabin.
summary: your life was calm, until a group of frat boys moved to the apartment next door.

author's note: i’ve felt really represented with reader in this one.
You were a quiet girl with quiet hobbies. You loved to read all the time, had books all over the house—even in the bathroom—painted landscapes on the balcony, and meditated in the mornings. Your home was your sacred temple, with minerals covering every surface of the furniture and incense giving a mystical touch to the atmosphere.
You loved being home; you were a homegirl.
You were very proud of having been able to become independent at a young age, so you loved your apartment like nothing else.
But everything came crashing down a few months ago when your neighbor across the hallway, Mrs. Bennet, passed away of natural causes. You were deeply saddened; you didn't know her well, but whenever she saw you, she would offer you homemade shortbread and feed your cats when you went on vacation. Her children decided to rent the apartment, something you had no objection to; it was their mother's apartment, and they could do whatever they wanted with it.
Then a moving truck appeared in front of the building. You saw it arrive while you were sipping your morning tea on the balcony.
A few days later, the noises started. At first, they were subtle things, like talking in a rather forceful tone until two in the morning or leaving the television on until four. But then came the parties —in the middle of the week when you had to go to work— or the wild sex in the room next to yours. Goodbye morning yoga, hello headaches.
You tried to be friendly and knocked gently on the door.
It was opened by probably the most attractive guy you'd ever seen, with messy blond hair, bright blue eyes, and a hockey jersey. He looked you up and down in amusement, and it somewhat irritated you.
—Oh, hey— he said in a flirtatious tone, leaning against the doorframe with his arms crossed over his chest.
—Hi— you said, trying to sound as calm as possible.
—If you're one of the girls Joey slept with on Saturday, you're out of luck; he has AIDS— you frowned, your expression turning into one of disgust.
—I don't know who Joey is, and I haven't slept with him— you clarified.
—Oh, okay, that was a lie anyway— he said with a broad smile. —What’s up?
—You see, you're all very loud. It's not normal to party until three in the morning on a Tuesday, and I have a job— you said seriously.
—Don't tell me you're one of those bitter people who calls the police when the music gets a little loud?— he asked, taking a cigarette out of his pocket.
—It's not a little loud, it's really loud, on a Tuesday night— you explained, trying not to lose patience. The guy blew cigarette smoke in your face and you coughed.
—Hey!— you complained, trying to dissipate the smoke with your hand.
—My name's Hayden, by the way— he commented, running his tongue over his teeth.
—I'm glad, now tell me what you're going to do about the noise.
Hayden laughed softly, and your cheeks turned red, a mixture of anger and embarrassment. He liked the way you were direct.
—Look, gorgeous, I'll try to talk to my friends, but I'm not promising anything— he took another drag, and you took the cigarette between your fingers. He thought you were going to smoke with him, but you threw it to the floor and crushed it with your foot.
—No smoking.
He groaned in frustration. You turned and walked back to your apartment.
—Nice to meet you, gorgeous— he said, watching you walk and slam the door.
As expected, the noise didn't stop at all; in fact, it had gotten louder. The landing was full of drunken college kids, and you seemed the only one bothered by it. You thought maybe no other neighbors would dare stand up to these twenty-somethings. But you did. After a few more run-ins with Hayden in the elevator, where he basically laughed at you and flirted with you in equal measure, you decided that if he wanted a war, you were going to give him a war.
You cut off the electricity in his apartment thanks to the janitor —who gave you the keys to the building's fuse box— you vacuumed very early in the morning, knowing their heads would hurt from the hangover, and you banged the broom against the wall while you heard him fucking other girls through the thin walls. You swore he moaned loudly and banged the headboard harder each time just to annoy you. Why was he so obsessed with you?
Then, one day, when you scared off one of his dates by playing a horror movie loudly while they were making out in his room, he knocked your door. But this time he didn't have his usual smirk on his lips; he was serious and annoyed. He scared you a little at first, since he was much taller than you and had a toned physique. If he'd wanted to, he could have beaten you up right then and there. But he didn't.
—Don't you have anything better to do?— he asked monotonously, frowning.
—Of course I do, but if you attack me, I'll attack you too.
—You're very bitter, gorgeous. Maybe you should get a boyfriend or something, see if that relaxes you a little bit — he spat aggressively, his jaw clenched.
The truth was, Hayden didn't know what he was talking about at all. He was just horny, and you'd scared his chance to forget about you. He couldn't take it anymore. Since he met you, he felt more alive than ever; your hate to him was what gave him the strength to get out of bed and do something with his life. It sounded pathetic and weird, but it was true.
You were a challenge. Every girl he knew threw herself at him with just a few words, but you didn't. You truly hated him, and in some twisted way, that only made him want you more. But there was a bad side to that, you didn't want to know anything about him at all.
You weren't even his type; he was used to hooking up with dorky cheerleaders, not alternative girls like you. The smell of incense wafting from your apartment drove him crazy, in a good way. If you had the chance to move out and never see him again, you'd probably do it without even thinking about it. And that's what he loved so much about your dynamic.
Then you had a brilliant idea: you were going to do exactly what he'd said, so he'd know what it felt like.
You met Dave, a guy who worked at the same bookstore as you, delivering packages. It wasn't too hard to win him over, let's just say he was pretty desperate. He was the kind of guy who had an inhaler and wore buttons that said, "Maths are cool." He wasn't very good-looking; in fact, he was quite ugly, but anything to annoy your neighbor.
The following week, you invited him to your house for a date and you were lucky enough to bump into Hayden in the elevator as you were going up from buying some candles, wine, and fresh vegetables. You were already dressed up, wearing a tight black dress with a floral print. You wore glossy lipstick and high heels, even though he was still significantly taller than you. He glanced at you curiously.
—Where are you going all dressed up?— he asked, not meeting your eyes, even though he wanted to. He also wanted to tell you that you looked beautiful, but he had to remind himself that your situation didn't allow for that.
—I have a date— you replied tersely, clutching the paper bag containing the groceries.
—Oh.
He felt his stomach knot. Had you taken what he'd said seriously? Were you going to have a boyfriend just to annoy him?
You got off on the same floor, and he watched you turn the key in the horseshoe and enter your apartment, not looking at him for a second. He was going to need extra cigarettes to get through the night.
The first date with Dave was awkward; he was clumsy, he didn't give you anything to talk about, and dinner was filled with awkward silences. But you still made sure to call your friend Tara—who didn't exist—to tell her how great Dave was and how much you wanted to go on a second date with him, loud enough for your neighbor to hear.
There were no parties that week.
The day you invited Dave over to your house again, he called you on the phone. He sounded terrified as he stammered that he couldn't make your date, that an emergency had come up. You frowned, and with a little prodding, he ended up confessing how Hayden had cornered him in the elevator and threatened to "do something terrible" to him if he dated you again.
—¿Is he your ex-boyfriend or something? He sounded really mad.
You pounded on the wooden door angrily. The guy who was probably Joey opened it, and with red eyes and dilated pupils, he greeted you. You pushed past the guy and headed for the room next to yours.
—Hey! You can't come in!— the dark-haired man complained. The apartment was a mess and smelled like weed. When you walked through the living room, there were two other guys playing video games, too focused to notice that a stranger had broken into their apartment.
You arrived at what you knew was Hayden's room and didn't even bother knocking. He was lying on the bed, phone in hand.
—What the hell is going through your head?! Threatening Dave? That's going too far. Why are you trying so hard to make my life miserable? I just want some peace, you stupid dickhead…— the words flowed out of your mouth smoothly, and the more you spoke, the angrier you felt. Besides, he didn't say anything; he just looked at you with a stupid grin. That only made you angrier.
—...Are you listening to me?— Hayden got out of bed and stood in front of you, forcing you to look up, feeling humiliated.
All the feelings that had enveloped you until recently dissipated when he grabbed the back of your neck and roughly planted his lips on yours. You were completely confused, but your hands gripped the fabric of his sports shirt tightly.
Your body was betraying you.
He growled when you parted your lips slightly, letting his tongue slide into your mouth. The truth is, he expected you to punch him, but that worked just as well. His hands moved down to squeeze your ass through your denim skirt while he trapped your lower lip between his teeth.
—That pussy won't touch you a hair again— he said hoarsely, throwing you down onto his unmade bed. You smiled as he kissed you again.
—We never did anything, it was all a lie, Tara doesn't exist— you confessed, tangling your fingers in his golden curls.
He laughed softly.
—You bitch— he said while he got rid of your clothes.
You moaned as you felt his already erect cock press against your core. His member twitched in his pants at the sound.
—Keep doing that, gorgeous— he stripped you down to your underwear, his eyes falling on the wet spot in the center of your panties. —Look how soaked you are for me already.
Your hips thrust forward, seeking friction. And they found it, on Hayden's thigh. His eyes darkened.
—Are you going to rub against my leg, huh? Are you going to ride my thigh until you cum?— he asked, though it wasn't a question; he was ordering you.
You didn't even give him time to ask you to remove your panties when you began to rock back and forth, feeling the rough fabric of his sweatpants against your clit. He arranged you in a more comfortable position, you on top of him as you dragged your sensitive core against his warm skin. He unclasped your bra, revealing your perfect tits.
—You don't know how long I've been waiting for this.
He took one of your breasts between his lips, sucking until it left purple marks. You were unable to stop, feeling your release getting closer and closer. You panted uncontrollably, and Hayden thought his cock was going to explode. He was so hard it hurt. Every now and then, he had to squeeze it to try to ease the pain.
—You're a fucking sight, bouncing on me with your swollen tits, fuck.
His hands found your hips, helping you move harder. Your panties were ruined, especially when you came in them, spurting onto the flower-printed fabric. Your mouth opened, and a scandalous moan left your lips.
—Hayden— you gasped, leaning your forehead against his.
—What do you want, gorgeous?— he said, pulling you back under him as he took off his pants. Your cheeks turned red; you knew what he wanted you to say, but you were too embarrassed.
You remain silent, and he laughs at you.
—What? After acting like a brat for months and humping my leg, now you're shy?— he tucked a strand of hair behind your ear. —Tell me what you want.
—Please…
—I won't say it again, tell me what you want.
Fuck it, you were desperate.
—I want you to fuck me.
His lips curved into a satisfied smile, staring at you as he put on the condom. He didn't hesitate a second longer before pulling down his boxers and pushing his long, thick cock between your folds. Your hands grip his back, digging your nails into his muscles and trying to hold on. The stretch leaves you gasping, and you let out a broken cry. You leave him breathless; you're too tight; he's never fucked such a tight pussy. Then he begins to thrust sharply and deeply, uncontrollably. The sound of your private parts colliding fills the room, an obscene sloshing sound.
—You're unbearable— he says, his breathing erratic. —With your stupid complaints all the time, what you needed was a good fuck.
With each thrust, the headboard slammed hard against the wall, and you moaned as he lifted your legs over his shoulders, reaching a point so deep that a bulge appeared in your stomach. He touched it over your gut, and you immediately let out a cry of pleasure.
—You feel it, right? I'm so deep, I'm sure that asshole Dave wouldn't fuck you like that.
Drool escaped your open mouth, and his name emerged from the depths of your throat.
—Good girl, keep screaming my name, so everyone knows who's fucking you— you writhed on the mattress as he rubbed your clit with the palm of his hand; it was so sensitive that you came instantly with a silent moan. But he kept going.
—I'm going to ruin you, gorgeous. We won't stop until you can't walk back to your apartment.
Heat burned in your belly, and at this point the pressure was maddening. Hayden watched the bulge appear and disappear in your stomach as he thrust at an alarming speed.
—Fuck, fuck— he panted, feeling your walls contract around him.
—Hayden…— you murmured.
At this point, he couldn't see clearly, blinded by lust. He rolled you onto your side, getting a better angle to hit that spot he'd noticed was making you come undone. You pressed yourself around him again, and it was too much. Immediately, a languid moan filled the room, and white strings of sticky semen shot out of his cock, filling the latex. Then he fell beside you on the bed, face down.
You were both breathing heavily. His head turned toward you and your eyes met. You laughed a little nervously.
—There won't be any more midweek parties, I swear.
“Blimey, how did this even happen?” Enzo Berkshire whispered from the entrance of the Slytherin Common Room, his eyebrows furrowed at the sight across the room.
“I don’t think even they know, mate,” Blaise Zabini said, the stone entrance wall shutting behind where he stood transfixed, his dark-brown eyes locked on the two entangled dozers.
You and Theodore Nott had both skipped out on dinner for the night, opting instead to work on the Potions essay Snape had assigned the pair of you — which you had both conveniently pushed off for weeks, and immediately regretted once you saw the workload that had been assigned.
Your identical copies of Advanced Potion Making lay open on the small table in front of the fireplace, along with twenty other library books you had borrowed; which Madam Pince would have a right fit about if she saw the notes you had sprawled in the margins.
Somehow, the two of you had ended up curled together on one of the leather sofas in the Common Room, your three-foot essay on Golpalott’s Third Law long forgotten.
Theo’s head was dangling off the arm of the sofa, his brunette curls tousled. Your head was resting on his chest, one hand placed over his beating heart. His arms were locked around you, holding you flush against him, your shallow breaths syncing with one another.
“Should we wake them?” Pansy Parkinson asked, her arms crossed as she stared at your sleeping forms.
“Ah, let ‘em rest,” Mattheo Riddle said, taking a swig from a bottle of Butterbeer he had brought back from the Great Hall for Theo. “Theo’s been having a hard time sleeping for days now, anyway.”
Draco Malfoy smirked, watching as Theo instinctively pulled you closer to him as he slept.
“Someone should go find that little blond stepstool who’s always following Potter around with that camera,” he suggested. “This is way too good to pass up.”
Note: Before we start anything I’d like to admit this is like my first ever x reader fan fic, so if something or the entire thing isn’t good just tell me. Secondly, the pics are from Pinterest, and the dividers are from @uzmacchiato. That’s it, xoxo, angel 💋

Dead Men Don’t Mourn
Summary;
Anakin Skywalker meets his long lost lover again after many years. A fellow Jedi, he was convinced died with the rise of the Empire. He recognises her, but does she recognise him?
Another raid. Another attack of chaos. Only minutes had passed since the Imperial shuttle pierced the skies above Kashyyyk. Already, smoke curled through the towering trees. Stormtroopers tore through homes, dragging villagers into the streets while blaster fire echoed through the forest.
A few surviving Jedi had chosen this village years ago because no one believed the Empire would ever waste resources searching so deep into Kashyyyk. You darted between the massive Wroshyr trees, urging another family deeper into the forest, glancing back for any dangers.
The forest was alive with noise.
Blaster bolts hissed between the Wroshyr. Wookiees roared to one another in their own language, villagers shouted names, tried their best to fight back against the army, branches snapped underneath rushed footsteps.
“Keep moving!” You grabbed a frightened little girl by the shoulders and pointed deeper into the forest. “Don’t look back, okay? Just go.” You spoke softly, crouching down to eye level with the child to calm her.
The girl hesitated.
Another volley of blaster fire struck the trees beside the two of you. Wood splinters exploded into the air.
Almost instinctively, you threw yourself in front of the child. “Run!”
This time, she did.
You waited another few seconds before the girl had fully disappeared into the undergrowth before turning around to follow.
Too late.
A squad of stormtroopers burst through the trees.
You reached into your cloak, igniting the very lightsaber you’d promised to never ever lift again.
Immediately the troopers opened fire.
Quickly, you deflected the bolts back at them. Rolling out of the way just in time before a trooper came at you. Another rushed towards your direction. And just out of habit, you Force-pushed him into a tree.
Two more.
Ducking beneath a rifle you slice through it, kicking another stormtrooper backwards.
The fight was a desperate attempt of escape.
Another squad emerged from the trees. Then another. And before you knew it, you were outnumbered. Your grip tightened around the hilt. Just as suddenly, a stun bolt struck your shoulder. Pain shot through your body within minutes.
The lightsaber slipping from your grip, disappearing beneath the ferns.
You tried to lunge for it.
A boot slammed on to your wrist. Another stormtrooper forced your arms behind your back. Cold binders snapped shut behind them.
One trooper keyed his comlink. “Commander, we’ve secured a Jedi.”
The doors hissed shut. Imperial officers began filing reports.
Vader stood at the centre of the panel.
“Lord Vader.”
Vader remained motionless.
“The operation is complete. The settlement has also been secured. We’ve apprehended several prisoners. They offered little resistance…We’ve also apprehended a surviving Jedi.”
The mechanical breathing continued for another moment. It was at the mention of ‘Jedi’ that Vader turned to look at him.
“…A Jedi?”
The commander nodded. “Yes, Lord Vader.” He didn’t dare look up.
“She engaged multiple squads with a lightsaber, and demonstrated use of the Force.” The commander swallowed before continuing.“We’ve recovered her weapon. Unfortunately, she refused to identify herself.”
Vader remained silent for what felt like hours. Then, “I shall question her personally.”
The detention corridor was silent. The only sound was the steady rhythm of mechanical breathing getting closer.
The cell door hissed open.
Two stormtroopers shoved you forward.
Your wrists remained bound behind your back, body aching from the previous fight.
One of them spoke,
“On your knees.”
You remained standing.
The trooper stepped forward, intending to force you down.
A gloved hand rose.
“Leave.”
The troopers froze. “…Lord Vader?”
“I said…leave…”
Neither dared question the order. The door slid shut behind them.
It was only then Vader stepped forward. “You have survived longer than most.” His voice was distorted.
Mechanical.
Utterly devoid of warmth. “Tell me where the rest of the Jedi are.”
You laughed a dry exhausted sound. Your back to the Sith Lord yet head still held up high. “Like I would know.”
“I cut ties with them a long, long time ago.” You continued.
Seconds passed.
And without a warning, his hand lifted. Soon, an invisible grip clamped around your throat. You gasped, clawing at your neck as the Force tightened around your airway.
“You will answer…my question.”
you struggled to breathe.
“I..”
The pressure increased.
“Where…are..they?”
You could barely hear him over the pounding in your ears. Your vision blurred.
And before you knew it you were slammed into a wall with the force of a thousand men. You dropped to the floor, coughing violently.
Hands still clutching your throat as you struggled to catch your breath, you lifted your head to look at him
For the first time he looked right at you.
His hand, still half-raised stopped right where it was.
