So let's get back to it with Quads & Glutes Part 1 1⃣Leg Pressure: 4 sets/30 reps 2⃣Barbell Gluten Bridges: 4 sets/30 reps 3⃣Leg Extensions: 4 sets/30 reps 4⃣Machine or Cable Donkey Kicks: 4 sets/30 reps per leg 5⃣Seated Calf Raises: 4 sets/30 reps 6⃣Steady State Cardio (60%-70% mac HR): 30 minutes 7⃣Standing Core Twist: 150 reps Part 2 1⃣Exrcise Ball Crossover Crunch: 4 sets/30 reps 2⃣Steady State Cardio (60%-70% max HR): 30 minutes 3⃣Standing Core Twist: 150 reps ----------------------------------------------------------- Cardio will be performed twice a day but never directly before a weight lifting workout. If you lift in the morning, you will have an evening cardio and core twist on top of the lifting, cardio, and core twists.
