“Guess you made me see it,” Alex shrugged.
Obviously she was excited to be back in Sara’s presence but she didn’t want to seem over eager, who knew how things were going on the wave rider. Or how things had changed since the last time they saw each other, she was a superhero after all. “Well then…I guess I better pack a bag or something?” She questioned, “Do I have a room? Or do I need to crash on your couch?” She laughed.
“So that makes me a lengend?” Now that sounded cool, she could get used to a title like that. Something other than Director of the D.E.O — responsible for all of human kind. “I think Kara still has her device from Cisco and Barry, I can signal you when I get there.” Alex nodded, “You’ve got a deal. And Sara?…Thanks.”
“I’m pretty good at opening people’s eyes,” Sara replied somewhat cockily.
“A bag might be a good idea,” she said. “You won’t need a ton, just some regular stuff to lounge around the ship in because for missions.. time period appropriate stuff is whipped up in the fabrication room, and y’know the basic toiletries, and anything special you want to have with you,” she explained. “Yeah, you’ll have a room. Jax left after Stein passed away, Wally decided not to stick around, and Amaya went back home in 1942, so we have the space,” she stated. “I mean, unless you prefer the couch,” she chuckled.
Sara nodded. “It does.” She had a feeling the title was going to suit Alex perfectly. “Sounds good, Danvers. I’m looking forward to having you aboard,” she said. “Hey, don’t thank me. It’s going to be great.”
