» No Escape . . . ?
The sound of water breaking drifted into his hears. His eyes snapped towards the pool, and when he spotted the source of the noise— a young man it appeared— his eyebrows tugged downward. He hadn’t ran into anyone as of yet. …Perhaps it was best to proceed with caution?
"You’re… swimming." He let out, an odd tone filtering through his voice. Maybe it was because the action just baffled him. As if being kept here didn’t bother the other young man. It make his dark eyebrows furrow together in confusion.
This person is stating the obvious.
Sighing, Haruka gave a nod as an answer, blue orbs observing the other's reaction. Why, is it that weird to see someone swimming in the pool? Why would he be in a pool if he doesn't want to swim, anyway? He doesn't quite understand.
"And what of it?"
Wolfram looks up from the still depths to the male that had just entered who had answered the question he had asked. He had expected it to be answered as there had been no one here before, but now…
"That makes no sense. Why in the world would this being a pool mean it has to smell weird?"
What makes no sense? Haru thinks it's very normal. Then again, the male before him is dressed in a weird clothing, too.
"Pool has chlorine in it." He couldn't quite explain, not knowing how, actually. He's grown so used to the pool's smell that he doesn't remember how weird it smells.

Curiosity had Wolfram poking his head into the area that contained the pool. It had an odd smell and seemed to be empty of other people, so he took a few steps in towards the edge peeking over.
"Why does this water smell weird…?"
Haruka stepped in to the pool area not long after, hearing bits of the question. Well, isn't a strange smell normal for a pool? Haruka tilted his head, and he couldn't help but to answer.
"Because it's a pool."
It's Him || Makoto
It took a few seconds for the reunion to set in fully, Haruka’s expectant gaze hinting that he hadn’t been as receptive to his friend’s presence as he should. The discovery had just come as such a surprise, that the rush of emotion acted as more of a paralyser than reactant. At the other’s words though, his smile quickly spread, green hues welling up from sheer relief.
❝Why am I..?❞ Finger ascending to graze the side of his cheek lightly, he pondered on the question. Treating it like he would any normal query, even if both were aware Makoto didn’t exactly have much of a choice pertaining to his current whereabouts.
❝I guess coming here, and being in the water makes me feel better.❞ It reminded him of home, his friends…and most of all Haruka. Only then did his free hand start to extend towards the other swimmer in offer of hoisting him out of the pool.
❝Haru—❞
❝I didn’t think I’d get to see you again, for a long time.❞
A simple 'oh' was his only response. He too went to the pool for the same reason, but Makoto probably knows that better than anyone. If there's one person who could tell what he's thinking, it's Makoto.
Reaching for the other's extended hand, Haruka pulled himself out of the pool with his help, standing close to the edge. What should he say in a situation like this? Haruka couldn't quite decide on that.
"I didn't think I'd get to see you again in this place, though." And of course, he's referring to the facility, blue eyes slightly glancing at the other's wrist, a slight frown forming at the sight.
Though in any case, it was nice, meeting him again.
{ ♔ }; The glory of this human thing called an indoor pool. It was warm, despite it being cold out. Takeru couldn’t feel the temperature of water regardless, but it was still interesting. Lowering himself into the water, he let out a sigh. It felt good to be surrounded by his element.
”Hey. You. You never gave me your name.”
Haru went towards the starting block, adjusting the goggles slightly. Oh right, they haven't introduced themselves yet, might as well.
"Nanase Haruka."

{ ♔ }; "Well, I guess we’re both heading there then." How was he supposed to phrase this? He didn’t actually want to ask him to come swimming with him, but that’s what he was thinking. The company seemed nice. Hesitating on speaking, he decided not to say anything as he made his way into the pool room.
"Oh." Was his only response. Haru wouldn't mind a company, after all. He followed the other into the pool. Ah, he missed the water.
{ ♔ }: Normally, Takeru is Mr. I Don’t Need Friends, They Disappoint Me, but since the other had mentioned the pool, maybe he was heading there as well. "Are… are you going swimming?"
Haru nodded. Of course he is, Haru can't even imagine not swimming when the pool is so close.
Flinching slightly, Rin’s head snapped forward; he knew that voice oh so well, and while he could have denied that he was really there and his mind was playing tricks on him, he certainly knew better. “Haru—?” No need to question what you already know, Rin. Haru is right in front of you and you know it. “Wait wait— when did you get here?”
A delayed response, surely, but it took a moment for Rin to get to his feet and make his way over to his friend. Unconsciously, trying to sneak a glance at the mark on the other’s wrist and failing. A sweater, of course. “Hold on, did you say pool?” Despite his own exploration, a pool was not something the redhead had discovered yet.
"A pool, huh… You know what that means, right?" With a grin, he didn’t even give Haru a chance to answer him. "You and I are long overdue for a race, Nanase."
"A while back." Haruka added, slightly glancing sideways. While maybe Haruka had been hoping he'd gotten the wrong person, he could no longer deny the other's presence now that they're actually talking to each other.
Upon hearing the other questioning about the pool, Haruka couldn't help but to put on a slight smirk, though it disappeared soon after. "You didn't know about the pool?" Oh, poor him. Kind of, anyway.
So he hasn't been swimming. The race is probably an excuse for a swim, after all.
Finding no reason to answer, he kept quiet at the question. He knew Rin wouldn't let him refuse, and Haruka himself had been hoping for someone to swim with, anyway. "Sure."
{ ♔ }; "That’s normally why people wear swimsuits, ain’t it?" He missed the water. It may not be an ocean, but it’ll do for now.
"Well, yes." Haru wears his swimsuit everywhere, though. But finally, someone to swim with. Not that Haru minds swimming alone, though.
{ ♔ }; "I don’t want it," he hissed in response, keeping his hunched posture as he circled around the other. He was very intrigued by this modern swimwear.
"Why are you in your swimwear, anyway?" He's not calling it swimsuit, no. "Are you going to swim?"
{ ♔ }; "It’s called a fundoshi. They’re a traditional Japanese undergarment. Although…" With no regard for space, he leaned over, pulling at the waist of the other’s swimsuit and letting it snap back, “I do kinda like these.”
"I'm not lending my swimsuit to you." He frowned, swatting the other's hand lightly. This is the only swimsuit he has with him, and like hell he's lending it to him.

Please cover yourself there are children here.
{ ♔ }; “I’m not naked! It’s just my swimsuit!”
"This is what you call a swimsuit, you know. Yours is-.. Eh, you might as well be naked."
The way that he was speaking was a bit low, so she strained her ears to hear him, only catching some of the last bits of his sentence. Shark teeth? Was he referring to — oh wait, no.. he said red hair! She hadn’t seen anyone like that around here and she’d had a lot of run ins with strange people. Unless he meant that —
"Th-The person you found lives out in the lake?!"
Chiyo blinked wildly, completely taking the description out of context as she glanced around. How could he of found someone in the lake?! That was so dangerous! She’d heard stories that something sinister lurked down there…
"How are we going to recruit them if they live in the lake, Nanase-san?! Do we have to get a giant tub of water and put it in front of here?!"
Noticing the other's confusion, Haruka tilted his head. Did he say something wrong? Or maybe she didn't hear him? But she acted like she did, hence his confusion.
"What are you talking about?" The corners of his mouth dropped, brows furrowed. The lake? He didn't say anything about a lake, did he? "He's a resident here. I forgot to ask where his room is at."
Chiyo, if you put a big tub in front of the kitchen, Haruka would be the one soaking there instead.
"He's as tall as me, with red hair and shark teeth." He repeated, hoping that she would get it right this time.
Nobody said they would be good at snowboarding XD
