She wouldn’t listen to me, and don’t patronize me Isaac, I may be seventeen but I’m also not Anastasia.
Of couse she wouldn't, Mena; she does whatever she wants. And forgive me, but what I do is honestly none of your concern, cousin.

If that was your attempt at trying to scare me, you’ll really have to work on it. Five and a half out of ten, I’m actually quite disappointed.
What has you all fired up?
Well I suppose you could wait for the dinner to be served, or I could ask the kitchen maids to fetch some for you… or I could bring you to the wine cellars myself so you can choose whichever you want? Although I’m not sure what my mistress would think of it, so it would be much appreciated if you didn’t tell anyone about this.
You wouldn't mind escorting me, would you? I don't want to have to wait around when I have nothing to do. A word won't be breathed about it-- I promise.
Well, what type of person would I be if I didn’t help a damsel in distress? Or in your case, gentleman. Ah, expectations seems to be a prevailing issue around here. I’m glad you and your family are enjoying your stay so far.
Come on then.
I reckon you wouldn't be very helpful, in that case. A few more things could make the stay more enjoyable, but that probably applies to everything. My family does seem to have taken a liking to it. But hey, maybe they'll stick around to keep you company after the wedding.
Let me just button up my coat first.
It’s a pleasure to meet you too. Well - I was wondering - if I wasn’t being too bold to assume - you seemed a bit lost. If I may - shall I show you around, or can I help you with anything?
No, no-- you're fine. I was actually wondering if there happened to be a decent place to get some liquor around here.
No, no, you definitely have something on your shoulder.
See-- that's funny, because I definitely just checked my shoulders. Either you still have something in your eye, or you're seeing things. If I were you, I'd just go to the bathroom to get that checked before someone tells your fiance that you're delusional.
Yes, she does, but that doesn’t stop you adding to her worries should you make any stupid moves. If my ever suffering mother isn’t top of your list then what is, I wonder?
Then why don't you do your poor mother a favor and tell her that there's nothing to worry about-- not the slightest bit. The top of my list, however, is nothing that concerns you.
I know, Isaac. You always have done but this experience is going to be bad enough without you making it worse by arguing with people.
Don't worry about me, Ana. I know how to handle situations on my own and without you getting on my back about them.
I’ll be more careful in the future, I promise.
Of course, Isaac. My name is Ysabelle; I’m Princess Lyla’s companion and a family friend of the Rydells.
No doubt that you will. Yeah, I figured you were a part of the Rydells, considering I've never met you before. It's a pleasure to meet you, Ysabelle.
Of course. Oh, is that so? I would’ve figured my family is being more than welcoming since we did invite you to stay in our lodge— but please do accept my sincerest apologizes if my siblings has been giving you a hard time. I don’t mind at all. I’m actually on my way there too. {nods towards the ski poles in her hand} I hope you don’t mind the walk.
There's no apology needed, since you're obviously here to fix that. Truthfully, this visit hasn't been half as bad as I thought it would be. I won't mind the walk if it's not a convenience.
Definitely stashing some food in my room in case it does. I’ll share if you promise not to tell the others?
Wouldn't dream of it-- that wouldn't be smart of me, considering the fact that then there would be less.
And once again the key word is yet. I expect that If the whole world worked to your standards, it would be a rather unpleasant place. You should really use someone else’s, or risk making mother regret inviting you.
On the other hand, it would be a highly functional place to live. Making your mother regret me is probably somewhere on the bottom of my list of things to worry about. I'm pretty sure she worries herself enough over her own kids.
Check in with you? You’re not my father.
You can't say I'm not looking out for what's in your best interests, though.
Oh - I’m so sorry for bumping into you, I didn’t see you.
And apologies, I don’t recall your name at the moment, your…majesty?
You might want to be more careful in the future. Most people don't take too kindly to being bumped into, especially when they have placed to be.
I've never liked the title of majesty for anyone other than a king or queen, so please do call me Isaac. And who might you be?
Oh, we had them all checked earlier and they seemed to work fine. Though I’ll get Henry to look over yours later— wouldn’t want one of our guests to suffer of hypothermia after all. I would suggest the chairlift but not if you’re scared of heights that is.
If you could, that would be great. I could barely feel my toes. As for the chairlift, it sounds amazing if only I could find my way towards it. Maybe you could direct me? You seem more hospitable than the rest of your family.
You obviously haven’t found any friends worth having, you might adjust your attitude when you do. Maybe you have tried, but I’m pretty sure our definitions of friendly couldn’t be more different.
I'm quite content relying on myself in times of trouble. After all, who would be better? Perhaps you're right, but no one could be more friendly than you. I haven't staged an uproar yet, so that count towards me being friendly.
I know, I know. However, I promise that I am being careful. I know not to trust them, at least not most of them, they strike me as hiding a whole lot. Hopefully they won’t think to harm the sweet, innocent Anastasia. Then you won’t need to avenge them.
What I would do to someone who would harm you is too horrible to mention, so I'll just move on. As long as you're careful, we won't have a problem. Just make sure you check in with me if you suspect anything, okay?
