Sylphs heal their aspect and heal with their aspect. Breath is all about freedom, wind, movement, and confidence. So the Sylph of Breath would be an inspiring force, able to free people from imprisonment and bring confidence to those who need it(namely all Pages).
The Sylph of Breath would start off as a fairly light-hearted person. They would be quick and resilient on their feet, and always willing to help their friends onwards when they get tired.
As they developed their powers, the Sylph of Breath would be able to more directly inspire people through their powers. However, they would also have just been thrust into the wild game of SBURB/SGRUB and likely would find their light-hearted nature problematic with the harsh realities of the game. On yet another hand, they would have a quest worth working towards, and they would find the opportunity to help their friends towards a clear goal quite refreshingly simple.
Once they reached god tier, the Sylph of Breath would take more of a supportive role, but still being very useful on the battlefield. They would be able to free their teammates from restraints both mental and physical, and grant the gift of flight, to some extent, to their entire team. They would be able to help their teammates recover their confidence if they had troubles with it. They would more directly be able to push their allies in the right direction to avoid an enemy attack or notice a foe’s weak spot. Overall, the Sylph of Breath would make their whole team breathe a little easier with them around.
