My fab duo was my inspiration today. They asked if they could go with me on my run and I actually let them. Im doing this running app, #runningforweightloss #redrockapps similar to #couchto5k. My girls was my push to run when ever the app prompted to. I am proud to say I did it. I had to keep up with them. But they did it. WE DID IT. baby steps. My goal was to get out there and we did that. Trying to make small goals rather than irrational ones. Slowly working on myself! One day at a time. One work out at time.
