Iseabail had travelled down to Edinburgh to visit her aunt, however after the third day of her aunts running commentary on what she needed to improve on and complaining about how society was had gotten worse since the English had taken control of Scotland, she was ready to head back up north. She loved Edinburgh, the bustle of the city was far more interesting than the quietness of the countryside, but she was longing for the quietness after having to listen to her aunts incessant ranting.
Taking a carriage to one of the public gardens the city had to offer, she felt she was able to breathe better in the small green haven amidst the brick and mortar of the city. It made her temporarily feel a little closer to home, and she had managed to convince her aunt to let her travel alone which was a bonus. “Good Morning.” She smiled as the path she had been following brought her upon another guest to the gardens.

Opinion on Territorial Independence (2-3 Sentences): Iseabail has always been a strong believer in independence, not believing any country should be under foreign rule, be it Scotland or the Western Territories. She doesn’t publicly support independence as her husband is a loyalist and believes that Scotland is better under English rule and so by extension the Territories would be too. This is the opinion that she portrays to the world while secretly supporting the revolutionary’s and Scottish independence in any way that she can.
Primary Goal: To see independence for Scotland and the Western Territories.Â
Deepest Fear: To be found out as a revolutionary and lose her family
History
Born to James and Catriona Malcolm in Poltalloch, the eldest daughter of the chief of the Malcolm Clan.
The Malcolms and the Campbells have always been allied and so it made sense for the two clans to be united with a marriage between the two families.Â
Iseabail was raised to be a perfect lady and had grown up knowing that she would be married off to one of the sons of the neighbouring clans and so there were no objections when it came to her marriage.Â
They have been married for over ten years now with children, and while they don’t always agree on everything, she does care a lot for her husband.
Her family had always supported the Stuarts and their place on the throne of Scotland, however when the trouble started in Scotland she had to do her duty as a wife and support her husband who believed that the Yorks would be better for Scotland.
Ultimately her husbands support of the English paid off, as the Stuart heir was exiled to France however Iseabail’s support never waned.Â
She continues to secretly support the true King of Scotland, sending money and any information she could gather to other supporters.
