okay now that my prewritten things are out of the way —
hello friendos i am here with my third muse cho iseul, future it boy, wannabe idol, etc etc etc. thank you for the welcomes (will be getting to those in a bit) but i wanted to post a short about (him) if you didn't to read the monster i put in his bg post hahaha
as always, like to plot!! i also have twitter and d*scord (young_story) if that's easier for you ^^
also, i'm looking for LGCU plots specifically for people in the house of younggong.
he was born on 010101 so when he was growing up, his nanny used to call him an angel all the time bc angel numbers
he doesn't really enjoy that his bday is on new years, but what can you do lmao
he was born in vancouver canada but he was back and forth between van and seoul a lot as a kid
he did some of his younger years in an international school in seoul (gr 8-10 age 13-15) before he moved back to canada for a while
his parents are rich business people (they both work in international trade) so he didn't see them very much when he was growing up (and sees them even less now)
was always lonely when he was younger and that has manifested as him being rather clingy with the friends that he has now
he came to seoul (permanently) last year (july 2022) when he auditioned for fun in an international legacy audition and passed
he actually feels a bit more at home in seoul bc he has a few friends here compared to being back in canada (though he does miss his nanny. she didn't really take care of him much now that he was older but they kept in touch, and he has fond memories of her being one of the only people who cared for him in comparison to his parents)
he currently is still kinda figuring out what he wants to do because while he loves to dance, he's not too sure if being an idol is cut out for him
he's a decent singer though, and he likes to think that he's unique bc of his higher tone
he works part-time at a pc room because the hours worked well for him to fit in with training and he likes to cook (even though pc bang food is usually just putting stuff into the microwave or air fryer or just adding water to noodles) he also enjoys that he doesn't really have to talk with anyone, though he's more than happy to talk to people about games or whatever (he knows games but mun doesn't hahaha)
some plot ideas
friends from canada!!
other people he might've known in the circle of Rich Business People's Kids aka they literally sat at the same table while their parents mingled at Fancy Business Dinners and Events
dorm/roommates shenanigans pls (look at you dorm a!)
he actually needs more friends in general
as always i would much rather brainstorm bc i hate coming up w plots hahahajgkkfd help
Yoojin and Danny were the two put into Dorm B as the new additions to the group, so Danny took this as the opportunity to take a peek into Iseul and Hyoseop's dorm to see what their settling in or 'vibe' of the dorm was. Yes, he knows this is the prime opportunity to decorate his dorm the way he wants to, since he was out of the trainee's dorms, but there was something about overdecorating that made him feel ill rather than at ease, if he went ham with it. Knocking on Iseul's door, he pokes his head in. "I'm ready for the grand tour, Iseul!" Seriously, it didn't have to be anything fancy, just getting past the formalities and the achey vibes of 'Hey I'm the new guy that's added to Type Zero, at your service, please take care of me ladeeda'. At least they worked in the past, and rather recently too on the dance concert.
He had a few boxes in his own dorm, having not fully unpacked, ensuring that at least the lighting and his bed were good because if he's not doing anything else other than ensuring that he can knock the heck out after practice, then nothing would be up to par. The rest can be priorities later. "No, it doesn't have to be anything crazy but oohoo, wanted to see the place that you call home, especially since I'm going to be partially crashing in on to Dorm A... half joking."
"please don't crash into my dorm," iseul says, standing in front of the door with his arms crossed though he relaxes immediately after, having only put up a front to amuse himself. with the new additions to the team, iseul has been feeling pretty excited.
if anything, it would nice to no longer be the new guy. he was passing that mantle down!
"okay, so," he opens the door wide, spreading his arms and doing a little twirl with a grin. "welcome to my humble abode," he says, gesturing for danny to come inside and make himself at home, or whatever the saying is. "i haven't really done much aside from decorating with a few posters," he indicates the movie and band posters he has up on his side of the room, "and i have my gaming laptop but i don't play much since i wanna let hyoseop sleep." he pauses, and grabs onto danny's arm to tug him towards the closet. "but i think, most importantly, is my secret snack stash."
he had heard through the grapevince that type zero would be getting new members soon. he didn't know who it would be, but he wondered vaguely if he knew them at all. he had worked with a few trainees with the dance show, so he was kinda hoping that one of them would be the ones joining type zero.
considering that he was the current newest member of the group, he was wondering how it would feel to not be that anymore. of course, it had been nerve-wracking for him to join right before a comeback, and for ice on my teeth to be his debut and everything but he had had so much fun during that time that he hoped he could help to make the experience similar for the new members.
he wonders, offhandedly, if that also meant that type zero would be having a comeback soon. with the new members.
that would be nice.
either way, iseul is Absolutely Ready to welcome the new members and make them feel at home in type zero and he hopes that zeniths are ready too.
"i was kinda crazy when i learned i would be debuting in type zero," he says, laughing a bit, taking a swig from a bottle of beer he had opened for the somaek and was taking sips out of every once and a while. "i think i was in the dance studio every second that i wasn't learning the stuff for ice on my teeth and then learning the others songs," he adds, thinking about it. "i wanted to be prepared, you know? i didn't want to join and then have fans be disappointed that i was there instead of like, someone else, or something." he shrugs, trying to pass off what he had said as nonchalantly as possible.
it was still a slight fear he had, though he's met enough fans and stalked his name on twitter and naver enough to know that he was relatively well received when he had joined the team. it's a relief to know that his hard work had paid off, honestly.
"i don't think i've been following a strict diet at all," iseul comments, thinking about it. he, of course, does follow a a normal diet but it's not like he's going out of his way to avoid snacks or sweets or anything. and he doesn't really work out either—though he guesses his strict dance regimen counts enough for that. "have you been dieting?"
“oh yeah, i remember, the day i was told i’d be joining type zero was special to me” he nods his head. “i wasn’t as smart as you though… it took me a bit of time to start learning the dances, which was stupid considering i take ages to learn dances”. it’s a feeling hyoseop will never forget, the day he was finally told he’d be debuting. “i remember being scared too though… that the fans wouldn’t accept, or that i’d be less popular than the members that had been there longer” he hums. “you don’t have to worry about that though, from what i’ve seen, the fans love you”.
“yeah i diet” hyoseop nods his head. a much stricter diet than what legacy has told him to do though, he cut out snacking, basically only ate things he cooked himself, made sure to go the gym, even after hours of dancing. “i think i’ve gotten used to the diet i’m on though, so it’s not hell anymore” he shakes his head a bit “though it’s still hard to convince myself that cheat days are allowed”. hyoseop had once struggled with food, he’d gotten over it, right until he became an idol, then it all came back, and hyoseop couldn’t escape it. “remember to take care of your body and mind iseul” he says before taking a sip of his drink.
"yeah, i think that's just a normal fear when you're joining an already established group," iseul says, swigging a mouthful of soju and smacking his lips together as he feels the burn go down his throat and he lets out a satisfied sound. never had he thought he would be swigging alcohol in the dorms to celebrate, despite the fact that it had been something he had suggested back when he had first joined.
he does act a little bashful when hyoseop mentions that the fans love him, though, pretending to be shy and waving a hand in the other's direction while covering his face. once his little act is over, he picks at the chips in between them and shoves one in his mouth.
he laughs a little bit, nodding at the other's words solemnly. "i will," he says, placing a hand over his heart like he's swearing an oath. "with that though, i think you need to learn to let loose every once and a while. cheat days are okay!"
if he's honest, he's not quite sure how to feel about the whole concept behind their mascots. sure, he had fun thinking about his little crow with sunglasses holding a knife or whatever, but he's unsure about it in hindsight now that they're filming for it.
though, he loves his little plushie, and he hadn't thought it would be as cute as it was. he brushes his fingers over its head even now, and he had never thought he would be someone who thought plushies were cute and collectable, but he could definitely see himself hoarding his own little ggamseullie in every shape and form once they started making more of them.
hopefully. hopefully they would.
his power is a pretty good one, if he thinks about it, that he can identify fake clues. he hopes that it's one that he can use over and over, so he can just be like THAT'S FAKE and then get away with it even if it turns out to not be fake.
part of him wants to do that just to be funny, too.
"yeah, but i learned a few while training already," he comments, thinking back to his trainee days. it was a bit fun, if he's honest, once he had learned he would be debuting into type zero, because he threw himself wholeheartedly into learning every single choreography that he could get his hands on. he wasn't sure about formations, but the bright side about this was that he was a quick learner and could adapt easily.
it was why he was so proud, as well, that upon his inauguration into the team, he had been made main dancer immediately. it had been his only, single-minded goal for so long that it felt really great to have it come to fruition.
iseul leans bac, picking at the snacks they had in front of them and he sighs a little bit.
"i can help you, in the future if you're struggling," iseul offers, sincere and genuine about it. he had always thought that if he didn't manage to debut, he would either become a backup dancer or a dance teacher, so he had worked on both a little, by helping other trainees when needed. "also, a strict diet is necessary but you have to be have some cheat days or you'll go crazy, right?"
“learning the dances before you joined? i should’ve done that”. he looks back, the countless hours he used on learning all the dances, much slower than baekhyun and kai that joined at the same time, he lacked sleep during that period… luckily now he only has to learn the dances from the new songs they put out, though here and there, he needs to refresh his memory of all the older songs.
“ah it’s almost embarrassing… i’ve been an idol much longer than you, yet you’re a better dancer than me” he chuckles, it’s a bit embarrassing, but hyoseop has learnt to just accept he’s not the world’s best dancer, and probably won’t ever be. “how many years did you train before becoming an idol?” he takes another sip of his poorly mixed drink, leaning a bit back.
“yeah, we sure are on strict diets…. but a cheat day here and there isn’t the end of the world” he shrugs, though it’s still hard to convince himself that, in his mind it's' almost always been; if he doesn’t have his good looks, then what does he have? “i wonder if legacy wants us to diet until the day we’re no longer idols? or does it stop at some point?”.
"have you been dieting?"
"man, it's been forever since i've had soju," he comments, pleased as he took a shot just to warm up. it had been a long time since his partying days, but his alcohol tolerance was higher than most people's. he settles down on the floor of their dorm, glancing around and kinda wishing there were others here as well. it was strange going from a group of so many, and then not having them there to celebrate. he understood extenuating circumstances, but still.
but he and hyoseop had grown close, and iseul wouldn't trade that for anything, honestly. he was having a great time with his friend. "i think it's fun," he says, looking pleased. "i like type zero's concepts, and the songs are fun to learn," he adds, nodding and he raises his glass to what hyoseop says.
"cheers to that, amen," he crows, laughing as he pours himself another shot and swigs it back, immediately letting out a sound of satisfaction, with the burn going down his throat. "do you remember when i first moved in, and we found out we were roommates, and we snuck out to get food? we talked about drinking together then, i think, and i can't believe it's taken this long to actually do it!"
tw: mentions of diets
“yeah, i definitely don’t drink as much as i used to after becoming an idol” he nods his head a bit. idol life was… busy, and hyoseop often found himself falling asleep before he could even think about alcohol. he did meet up with some friends from high school here and there, but they usually met up in public, so hyoseop couldn’t get totally wasted. hyoseop follows the other, and takes a shot of soju as well “it’s not often we get to drink, but we should definitely celebrate today”.
“oh yeah, you have to learn all the songs that came out before you joined, don’t you? i remembered i struggled with that… i’m not exactly the best at learning new dances” he shrugs “i’ve gotten better, but still not good” he hums.
hyoseop takes another soju shot before replying “oh yeah, i remember” he nods. “i had a lot of fun back then… i usually follow such a strict diet, but you kind of made me forget about it for a second. and look at me again! drinking alcohol and stuffing myself with food… you’ve really managed to convince me, it’s not the end of the world if i don’t always follow that diet” he smiles to the other.
"yeah, but i learned a few while training already," he comments, thinking back to his trainee days. it was a bit fun, if he's honest, once he had learned he would be debuting into type zero, because he threw himself wholeheartedly into learning every single choreography that he could get his hands on. he wasn't sure about formations, but the bright side about this was that he was a quick learner and could adapt easily.

the anniversary of type zero was big to hyoseop, even though he hadn’t been in the group since the beginning. it did feel a bit weird, that he wasn’t celebrating the anniversary with the members that were there when he joined. he’d gotten rather close to both parker, kai and baekhyun, and their leave definitely hurt him. he couldn’t complain too much though, he’d grown rather fond of iseul as well, even though the two hadn’t been members together for particularly long.
while neither iseul nor hyoseop had been in type zero from the beginning, hyoseop felt it should still be celebrated, so the two ordered food, along with buying alcohol, deciding on celebrating it together in their dorm. “time passes by fast, huh?” he asks, before taking a sip of his drink, he smushes his face together, the ratio of soda and alcohol not exactly equal, and the alcohol taste is quite strong. “what do you think about being in type zero? i at least, am happy you joined, i hope we’ll stay members for long, and friends too” he nods, a smile sitting on his lips.

"if by that you mean, i wouldn't have minded snagging this as one of agito's b-sides, then yes- i actually do agree. although i don't know what kind of concept agito actually is coming out with next." especially with changes in formation, and beyond that. it'd be interesting to see the next direction.
"not surprised. this is probably that opportune moment to provide service and loop all the old and new fans in. that and also, no complaints about time bonding with-" he reaches over to nudge iseul ever so lovingly on the cheek, "-you! you are going to get so sick of me." he all but cackles, clearing his throat. they were still in a professional setting here but it was easy to forget himself around those he was the most comfortable with.
"got those high notes ready? i think i've got like... a rap or two."
he nods, knowing exactly what yushin meant by that. it hadn't been that long since type zero's comeback (and his debut) but he's also not quite sure which direction the group would be going, with the lineup changes and everything. he's not complaining though, happily in his spot as the main dancer and not really needing anything else. he hopes the next song also has a fun dance break, but he guesses he won't know much until eventually they give news of that for them.
he's more than happy to record this song instead, if he's honest, thinking it's a fun different side of him to show to the fans considering that the last song they had promoted as ice on my teeth.
"i could never get sick of you," iseul says, just as sweetly and leans over to press their cheeks together, trying to be as annoying as possible. though, he guesses, yushin is waaay too used to his antics by now. even not having hung out in a while, he's pretty sure his friend is still immune to him. "i," he pauses, trying to remember what his lines were. "i think so? i'm more excited about the dance practice video we're going to film."
Danny glances at the vitamin c goods and is skeptical. It sounds something so much like what his parent might say, but hey, Iseul did clarify he wasn't a medical professional (which he would figure that most of the people in this building weren't, but not the point.) But vitamin drinks and foods were so popular and he liked things that had a lemon flavour. "I'll try anything once." How long it actually took to have an effect, well that he was less sure of. Rome was not built in a day...
"But thank you." If nothing else, the vitamin drink was pretty tasty and perked his mood up already. "The way you could predict this could happen," Danny laughs lightly, taking a seat on the dance floor for his impromptu break. "Nothing against the choreography or dance routine. The problem is clearly my stamina but hopefully after days of practicing this routine, I'll be in prime shape."
He starfishes on the ground, drink beside him, ensuring it does not spill but the ground feels cool against his clothed back. The main choreographers seem invinceable to him but he has to hear it here first. "Are you even a little bit tired after all of this practice?"
"considering we're the ones that choreographed it, i knew it was kinda difficult," iseul admits, shrugging a little at the idea. he and akio and sanghyun had had their fair share of struggles while choreographing the dances and coming up with ideas that fit what they wanted. it's easier now, that they've gotten it all down and were just teaching it to others but that doesn't mean that he didn't think it wasn't hard originally.
he shrugs, sliding down the wall to sit next to danny's spread out figure, laughing a little and he tugs out his own bottle of vitamin c to open and drink. "maybe you just need to practice more, push yourself a little harder—but not too much," he adds, not wanting the trainee to like, pass out or anything on accident. of course, he would be keeping an eye out on him from now on.
letting a grin appear on his lips, iseul shakes his head. "a little? maybe," he says, trying to be entirely serious but the shit-eating grin on his lips probably distracts from that a little. "i mean, of course we're tired, but i can usually ignore it," he adds, shrugging, trying to be a bit more humble than he wants to be right now.
"i could go for hours still, with a few short breaks or whatever, if i'm honest." maybe he's just good at compartmentalizing his fatigue, until everything was done and over with and he would collapse into his bed. something like that. "we're still human, right?"
seollal is always a time where he doesn't really know what he should do. his family is back in canada, and he doesn't even really get along with them that much. he doesn't reach out to them ever and he doesn't really want to either.
he decides that he'll do another solo trip this year, and he chooses taiwan this time. it's not too far either, though he doesan't quite know any of the language. he uses his phone and google translate for most of the transactions over there, having tried his best to learn just basic phrases to get by.
it's fun, and he wonders if he'll be able to drag his friends out over here sometime for a vacation or soemthing. he spends a lot of time going to the night markets and eating good food, just having a few days off to go and explore a little bit. he doesn't really think it's a waste of time either, not spending too much time traveling around and just staying int eh taipei area.
it's a good time and, well, if he's gained some weight because of it, he's not going to tell the managers. hopefully they wouldn't care anyway.
he buys a bunch of snacks as souvenirs to bring back to the dorm so he can add it to the stash that he's hidden inside his and hyoseop's closet, though he has a feeling that the managers don't really care. (especially since he brought some back for them too, and all of his teachers and coaches. truly, the perk of having a black card.)
he wonders if he would be able to waltz into the ceo's office and also give him some souvenir snacks, but he chickens out at the last minute and doesn't end up doing it.
The lineup of performances and songs seems perfectly crafted by the team behind Team Ambition. The problem was that he actually was tired, exhausted, out of breath by the time it was time to perform 'I'm Tired'. Which is weird, because Danny didn't typically have issues with stamina to this extent. He has ideas about it... Or maybe the lyrics are driving into him that subconscious message. But this would have been a great time for some contemporary, lacksidaisical moves. Something seems off though. Thankfully they're new into the practices and rehearsals, but he makes eye contact with @iseullgc and he just feels it. Off-kilter.
"I have to ask. Is it possible to be over-dancing or something? I'm not usually so... blatantly exhausted after 7 to 8 minutes of dancing. Or maybe it's the combination of memorizing new choreography...?" Or maybe the pressure of all of this. It feels like one of his first, big major things he was selected for, along some of his favourite idols that had careers that seemed to follow similar trainee roads before. It's daunting, but also enlightening - and seemingly sapping all of his good energy. "Like... I'm not trying to 'method act' through the song title and all but that is what it feels like."
"uh," iseul blinks, like a deer caught in headlights. "i'm not a doctor but i don't think so," he comments, considering he's been dancing almost his entire life at this point. he taps on his bottom lip with his finger, eyeing the trainee and looking him up and down.
he cackles at the joke about method acting, looking much too amused at the joke before he indicates for the other to wait a moment, hurrying off to his bag and returning with a vitamin c drink, and a lemon candy. he holds them out to danny, a grin on his lips.
"it's possible that the answer is all of the above, so vitamin c is usually a good way to counter that, for at least a little," he explains, indicating the two citrus-y things he had handed the other. "i brought a few extra just in case anyone was feeling their energy dip, so hopefully this helps?" he adds, unsure but feeling responsible considering that he's one of the leaders and also one of the choreographers.
also, he just naturally does try to take care of people younger than him, despite not having grown up with any siblings. it just happens when you want to spread your love, he guesses. "drink that, eat that, and then let me know how you're feeling!"
"look at us! we get to be in something together!" yushin is so excited that they finally get to have a project on paper (or on the screens), especially after iseul officially debuted. he couldn't be anything other than excited when he heard that his friend was going to debut, even if it wasn't in his own unit - he knew that the other would go on to do great things no matter which team he was part of, even if it was not with his own. but thank goodness collaborations happened within the company, otherwise they would definitely force their own to occur sooner or later.
"yes, fancy that--" yushin squishes in closer and gives iseul a big hug. seriously, if anyone else had come in behind iseul, he probably would have missed it at this rate. "it's so good to see you. ready for me to kick your ass?" he's joking - it's not like he's in charge of this project at all. but in truth, he is excited to see iseul in the studio and if there was any room for him to give any tips or advice, yushin would be down. and vice versa. their skillsets were different after all. "what do you think of the song? ready to white day it up?"
"finally," he says, grinning. he's been excited since he heard about this collab, especially since they were going to be recording a special dance practice later too. which only meant that he would be seeing his friend again soon, for when they needed to practice that. he's excited, truly, to be getting to work with the v&a member after so long.
"who would've thought it would be for white day though," he says with a laugh, thinking back to the song he had debuted with and the concept type zero had. it's something entirely up his alley though, considering he had hoped for a darker concept but he hadn't expected the second official thing he was participating in to be something so ... cute.
"this is agito-esque though, isn't it?" iseul asks, thinking back to the guide he had listened to before coming in for recording today. he thinks he likes the song despite it not really being a concept he thought suited him, even if his personality could be argued to be cuter than expected. "do you like the song?"
it's been a few months since his debut but he hasn't really officially celebrated with any of his debuted friends. he understands that they're all busy—he understands it all too well now, considering that his own schedule is only getting more and more packed by day—but! he debuted dammit.
so it kinda feels like divine intervention (not that he believes in that stuff really, but he doesn't have a better way of putting it) when the love month stuff this year is a performance with all the boy groups together.
and it's even better when he walks into the recording studio and sees yushin of all people sitting on the couch, clearly waiting his turn.
"hey stranger," iseul greets, sliding into the spot next to his friend and almost partially into his lap, grinning. he's not sure if this is being recorded for a behind, and he glances around the room for a camera, but he also doesn't really care. he's talked about having idol friends before, he's sure, and it doesn't really matter to him if he's honest.
"i think you might be benefiting a bit more from this deal," iseul comments, grinning a little bit. fashion has always been something that he's been interested in, and because of that (and his family's money) he has a lot of nice clothes in his closet. not that he takes the best care of them—when he had moved from the trainee dorms to the type zero dorm, he had literally just tossed them all into a suitcase—but there were quite a few nice items in his wardrobe.
"no, i met him after i came here," he says, shrugging a little. he had known baekhyun before but, well. "alcohol is fun, and if we pick tasty soju then it'll be a good experience too," he adds, grinning at the idea and he makes a mental note to ask everyone eventually. "yes, now you get it," he says, spinning a little once they're out of the dorm in the in the night air. "i want something spicy and hot."
till this day, hyoseop is still surprised he was nervous when he joined type zero. hyoseop has always been a calm man, who walked into everything with ease. he’s always been confident, even when he sucked at stuff. for majority of his time at legacy, he wasn’t nervous for debut, just singly excited. future dreams had been hard though, and if hyoseop had to take a guess for what made a dent in his confidence, he would point at future dreams. he was too overly-confident, and that ended up biting him in the ass.
“i think so too…” he says, biting his lips as he thinks of his quite boring clothes choices. “but hey, if you ever need a pair of sweatpants or a white t-shirt, you know where to look” he shrugs. “i honestly don’t think i’ve gone shopping for like… four years or something… i basically wear the same outfit unless legacy puts me in something else” he shrugs. he went clothes shopping with a model once, but the clothes they bought have been pushed far into his closet and he hasn’t worn it in ages.
“ah so… you first met me and seyoon here in type zero” he nods his head. “something hot and spicy? it almost sounds like you’re describing me” he chuckles. “okay, but let’s get going, before i die of hunger”.
"okay soooo," he drags out the syllable, even as they're walking out of the apartment building and down the street, taking in a breath of cool, night air. he can hear that down the street and around the corner probably, that there's people talking and laughing and that makes him brighten a little. sounded like a pocha.
"this means we should go shopping together, no?" he finishes his thought, laughing a little. he wouldn't even mind paying, if that would convince hyoseop to go with him. the last time he had gone shopping he had been with rowon, and the fucker had surprised him and made him cry (in a good way) after so he barely remembers that shopping trip. now that he was thinking about it, he was kinda itching to go shopping. he wanted to try things on, and buy stuff. hopefully hyoseop would say yes. "we can even just get more sweats and t-shirts if you want," he adds, laughing.
"okay, that was lame," iseul laughs, though admittedly, it got a laugh out of him so he's not even really mad about it. he would've probably said the same thing, honestly. "convenience store first? probably, right. so we can go back to the dorm with hot ddeokbokki and odeng. with whatever else we grab at the convenience store because we can shove that in a bag, yeah?"
iseul has always wanted to be in a band, he won't lie. he's thought about it many a time before but he had never really had the talent in instuments to really say that he wanted to be in one. he's played guitar hero though and liked playing eveyr instrument there.
but he had always wanted to be a guitarist. or a bassist., he doesn't think he really has a preference when it comes between the two as long as he gets to look cool front and center onstage. he's always been the type to want attention, and getting to be part of type zero's dance line has really added to that want and need.
so he thinks it's only fair that, as main dancer, he should get to be in the middle on stage as well;. it's a little difficult to think of what else he would want to be, unless he could pick to be the main vocal but he guesses that isn't really too plausible since they were told to pick an instrument.
he mostly just asks for a guitar of some sort, since he can't really actually play either of the instruments and hopes that when he's told to pose, he'll be able to do it naturally and that it won't look awkward.
though, if he has the chance, he probably would want to learn guitar just because he thinks it would be fun. and he would look cool while doing it, which is all that he really wants if he's so honest with himself.
