Miyu charged at him with her sword,wraith drew two long handled daggers one blocking miyu’s sword and the other moving to strike her barely knicking her sleeve as she managed to move away from his blade wraith turned for a second to look at Aisha

“your mom wants you in that safe house now.”

“she isn’t going anywhere near Asmodeus” miyu told him as they locked blades again, Wraith using his strength and weight against her to throw her back, miyu was only caught off guard for a moment before she was able to block his on coming attack.

“I’m not going anywhere near him, unless it means saving my baby sister from him.” Violet she needed to find a way to save Violet from him.

“Aisha go see to Cecco, you need to get out of here.” Wraith was stronger than she had anticipated and dhe worried she couldn’t defeat him if she lost that meant losing Aisha.

Aisha nodded and hurried to the wall only to be snatched by a vampire. She shrieked and knocked herself out of his grip landing hard on her side. As she sat up she shook her head and felt a warm wetness on the side of her head. The vampire charged at her. Aisha grabbed a sword next to her and stabbed it through the beastly thing. It disappeared in ash. She got up ignoring the blood flowing from her head as she saw Wraith was not looking at her. She ran up and kicked him out from under himself.

“you know I’m your only chance at not being eaten by those monsters”

“wrong again,” miyu told him she went to dtab her sword down on him but he vanished reappearing in front of her again and slashing his daggers at her

Miyu had her sword back in a heartbeat, In one swift movement her sword went through his chest he gasped, glaring at her,why was it that the weakest of people always seemed to be the one to kill him?

Aisha sliced her sword across his neck. “I really doubt it.” She looked to Miyu rushing to her side. “You can’t die on me please don’t you’re my friend. I’ve lost Cecco that is I don’t think he made it.”

“Stop telling people I’m dead mi amore!” Cecco said huffing as he got up climbing the wall. “I’m here!”

Aisha saw him and hurried over helping him over the wall edge.

Cecco looked to Wraith. “Sorry I couldn’t have been of better service in dispatching him.” He saw Miyu and went to a grate putting a dagger in the flames once it was hot he looked to her. “This will hurt but it will cauterise the wound.” He pressed the blade to her where the wound was.

Miyu hissed in pain biting her lip so hard she nearly bled when the wound was closed she smiled at aisha

When the door opened she felt her stomach churn in knots as she took a deep breath and entered with her head held high facing the council

“Queen Kalleira Callista of the moon kingdom.” The servant announced to some worried whispers in response Kal cleared her throat to gain their attention once more

“I know many of you have not heard of my kingdom for we went into hiding many years ago. I’m sure many of you have noticed the lack of camoires in your kingdom as well and I’m afraid that’s because the vampires have made their way into my kingdom. My mother struck a deal with Asmodeus to have me killed and instead I escaped here, I fear my mother may have further plans with Asmodeus than just allowing the vampires eternal darkness and in order to stop them before it gets out of hand I’ve come here to beg for the help of the goddess lands.” Kal told them bowing her head to them

“by helping my kingdom I will reopen the boarders and allow trade and peace between the kingdoms and you will all have my eternal gratitude.”

“I wouldn’t but I’ve been told I’m a bit of a stubborn asshole by my brother’s so I probably wouldn’t listen to most anyone terms ” saige told her with a bit of a laugh

“well your majesty, if you ever need a hunter you know where to find us.” Saige told her she handed Artemis one of the fliers she had planned to pin you with their location

“thank you for your time I know you’re probably busy and please apologies to your father for me I didn’t mean to interrupt your bonding time”

“He probably is using the opportunity to go see Captain Bonney.” Artemis took the flier, reading it over before setting it down. “Do come and visit more.” Artemis smiled, “and thank you for the warning.”

“feel free to visit us as well your majesty, I think you’d feel right at home so long as you don’t mind a few hunting or horror stories” saige told her the pirate kingdom felt very much like home to her, it was like the old guild back in Transylvania everyone was loud and rowdy it was a good place to learn the basics

“very true, maybe I should send some of the newbies to you for training before hand” she joked as she put her hands in her pockets

“I need to head out though, my son will be waking soon”

“We would be happy too, I’m sure they would love to take on a kraken or other horrifying monsters of the deep.” She chuckled. “Or my Father. Best of safety for your journey home, and well wishes to you and your son.”

"same to you, we will have to swap stories sometimes,or weapons whichever you prefer" she said jokingly as she headed our the door she was pleasantly surprised with how comfortable she felt around the queen, she usually wasn't so comfortable around women

Saige waited in the throne room patiently as she looked around curious at the room around her, meeting with a queen wasn’t as nerve wracking as she expected she guessed that seeing the other things she had faced this probably was the least intimidating she didn’t have to worry about Artemis turning her into a zombie….she hoped.

When the door opened she tried to look as respectful as she could she knew her attitude often got in the way of that and she was determined to try and keep that under control trol

Artemis entered having been summoned from the training grounds to meet with Saige. “I wasn’t expecting visitors today.” Artemis poured a glass of rum for each of them her smile was warm. While many Kings and Queens would take a seat on their throne Artemis felt that made her unapproachable. She handed one of the glasses to Saige, “You caught me whilst I was training with my Father.” Taking a sip she looked over the woman studying her. “So, what can we do for you?” She asked. “No one ever comes to see me with out wanting something anymore.” She did not intend to call out Saige, indeed she meant that no one ever came just to simply talk. “Whatever it is I’m sure we can help.”

“I simply wanted to know if you minded my recruiting some in your Kingdom for my guild,” saige told her honestly “I was going to hang some fliers but I didn’t want to step on any toes so I figured I should ask permission first, which reminds me there is a strange man from Tortuga who will show up here eventually looking for alliances with you.i don’t understand it either but he seems like….” Saige trailed off as she felt the term ‘bagof dicks’ coming to the tip of her tongue she tried to think of a better word

“bastard…no wait that wasn’t better than what I was thinking.” She said frowning at herself was or really so hard for her to act decent for a little while?
