If it’s done with aged up characters it’s not pedophilia. Also, Sukuna is a thousand+ years old, so not exactly normal circumstances. Just like with NSFW content, it comes down to how the content is written or drawn that determines how it is perceived. Not everyone may like it, but if it’s not illegal, it’s the creators choice.
