You can still struggle with lust, and encourage inner purity in someone else. You can still struggle to read your Bible, and encourage another to be rooted in scripture. You can still struggle with doubt, and encourage someone to seek the Lord our God. You can still struggle with shame and guilt, and encourage fellowship amongst your brethren. You can struggle as a believer, and earnestly and sincerely want the righteousness of the Kingdom to prevail. Your struggle is not equivalent to passivity in faith.
