Yeah, it’s kind of a ripoff of the xenomorph from aliens, but this design has stuck with me since I saw it in an obscure Crack Dot Com / Bungie game from the 90′s (Abuse). 

I went through a few iterations before I felt like I really got it right, but one of the fun aspects of the game was all the crazy variants of these ant monsters you would run into.
