Photo of the Bauhaus Museum in Berlin from a disposable camera that I took with me. The weather in Berlin was awful when we were there and it unfortunately made us a little sad. The one good thing about the bad weather was being able to see this museum and to revisit the Jewish Museum.

Alkmaar, Holland June 2014 My Mom's family is from a city called Alkmaar which is about 40 minutes north of Amsterdam. I was in Europe last month and visited The Netherlands for the third time in my life. The first time I was 18, the second 20 and this time 26 and with my boyfriend (who was a hit with the relatives). My family there that I have visited each time are always kind and welcoming as if we were first cousins and not confusing generational cousins. I am VERY grateful to have them and this time going back I appreciated Alkmaar in a way I hadn't when I was younger.

This is a wall that is in my bedroom that has been growing for three years now. Some things were found and others i've held on to without knowing why except that they inspired me or were visually appealing.
