Hi! I discovered non dualism not too long ago and recently started looking more into but I'm still confused. I know that you can experience anything you want, so I can experience passing my test. How do I go about "observing" that. (Apologies if this seems like trying to get something, I left loass not too long ago).

you must understand that this "you" that was mentioned exists in the limited terms of the 5 senses. those are limiting by default. how many times have you mistaken something because you only assumed based on what you saw, heard, or "experienced personally" (i.e. through your own pov [your senses])? why take what you know is malleable by your own perception as absolute when you can always change it?

i see lots of nd bloggers not mixing the two so I'm curious how it came about

so i first learned law of attraction then law of assumption thank god but then i stumbled upon msperfect777's blog about (at the time i didn't have a label for it) about non dualism and i was like yeah this really ties everything together for me and it's what i've connected to since i gained sentience. this isn't a magical thing it is just a way of living that i had as a child that i wasn't able to label because i was simply being

I wanna become an Olympic medalist. But I’m already an adult and I’m of the understanding that if you haven’t begun building those skills then the chances of that are virtually impossible. As I’m learning non dualism obviously I can guess your answer will be of the sentiment that there are no limits and I’m meant to play and whatever I’m aware of is reality. But clearly there are blocks in my mind as I cannot believe that becoming an Olympic medalist with no prior training in my childhood is possible. How can I remedy this? What is your advice?

that belief isn't needed! your feelings are tied to beliefs and you're just observing all of these things. how you feel about wanting to become an olympic medalist and how you feel about actually being one mean the same to You because you're not actually doing either, you're the one observing these thoughts or these stories or these assumptions and adding unnecessary context and labels to them like "possible" "correct" "normal" "impossible". go back to being the one who watches not the one that endures. then you're more likely to give a damn about what you want to watch. like if you're gonna watch a tv show it's not gonna be shit it's gonna be something that you enjoy. so do that

I don’t speak English, sorry if it’s confusing. But we are not the human we are observing right now, but everything that is being projected: whether it’s the story of the character we believe we are, the story and the world are inside us as consciousness? Or I don’t know if I misunderstood.

Another thing, to experience something exactly how you want it, what do you do, say, or think?

i don't think it's the fact that you're not "something" i think it implies more that you're not limited to that "something"; you are everything.

everything is inherently neutral so you can truly experience anything when you understand you're only experiencing yourself. you can "do" "say" or "think" whatever but it's about awareness. which part is the main plot?

How do i distinguish ego from awareness, since there is no « me », no one deciding, how do I decide anything, if I choose i have purple eyes, it’s just being I AM all knowing and a desire pops up and it’s done? I m just confused between I AM and ego.

i think you're adding unnecessary separation. you forget that. the desire and the ego are things that only matter when you assume they do. why distinguish levels of consciousness when the point is that it is all one so one in the same

the ego is NOT your identity. it is a false sense of self. it's a story you've repeated to yourself a billion times so you're more inclined to want to repeat it a billion more. you don't have to do this. if you tell yourself another story, it's the same level of realness as the current one your ego is being. the only difference is you are USED to the old one. familiarity ≠ reality in this regard. what story are you telling yourself RIGHT NOW in the present? that is what is your reality.

hi angel, I just discovered non dualism and there are some things that confuse me

if everything is consciousness and there is actually nothing, does it just mean that the existence of the soul is literary and that consciousness will be with us even after we die?

And if imagination, time and nothing are real why are we living in a physical reality right now? What determines the course of our lives?

I read most of your posts, but there are things that I can't think of because I just learned. thanks in advance 🩷

we aren't living in a reality you are experiencing yourself observing a reality and taking it as facts. you can also "live" in your dreams and imagination but it's the same thing. you're only aware of it because you're observing it right now. that's how far it goes! the soul is just another form of consciousness. consciousness takes form when we give it a form. if you don't like it then remove the only actual power this form has; YOU!

Adding onto my question (about the house and my living situation), if the time is always now and the "past" and "future" isn't real, I can really experience whatever I want because I can't be punished for anything "bad" I did ?

good and bad are assumptions. everything is inherently neutral before you make them something. you are just simply. at your core you're the one who observes. at your core nothing is happening to you, you are always happening
