also saw Batman today

I reaally enjoyed it, didn't think it'd be my cuppa tea but twas good BUT...

1) if it only took Baine 8 mins to transfer whatever money he was transferring why did it suddenly go pitch black in the street when it was obviously around 3 in the afternoon... the sun doesn't set that fast

2) If it was set in somewhere called Gotham, why at the end did they drive past 'Saks Fifth Avenue'..

Sorry, film ruiner but this has bugged me all evening..
