Notes game bc I need to be more responsible in life. And recovery fucking sucks

1 note: a sip of water; repeatable (tuesdays are usually my pass-out day bc I haven’t drank water all week)

10 notes: Eat a lil bit more per meal

50 notes: finish one meal; repeatable (ED recovery program makes me eat at least a lil but I’m struggling)

100: I do a homework assignment; repeatable

150: train for lifeguard certification; repeatable (muscle atrophy has got me FUCKED)

300: I finish my NHS application

500: I finish art piece (I don’t usually let myself rest and have fun)

800: I eep for eight hours a night (I get 2-5 on average)

1000: I quit caffeine entirely (most likely have POTS so it gives me heart issues and dizzy)

1500: I eep for 9-10 hours a night + 24 ounces of water a day

2000: ask my mom for trauma therapy (all my therapists have quit bc i have too much trauma)

5000: GET MY RAPIST OUT OF MY LIFE

7000: avoid SH and suicide for the next year
