The only one getting in my way is myself. Each day I need to wake up and recommit to my goals. Every. Single. Morning.
If something goes totally sideways, I allow myself to change my plans for that day to accommodate. Change the plan, not the goal.

LOW CAL HOT CHOCOLATE
For fall and winter 🌱vegan
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk heated (30-40cal) - ½ cup water (optional) - 5-10 chocolate stevia drops from whole foods Total: 30-40 calories
This is honestly so great because you can make it as strong or weak as you want, and no matter how many stevia drops you put in it its still super low cal!
Add more water and less almond milk if you want less calories.
The chocolate stevia drops have been a life saver, especially on fasts. Strongly recommend it, it taste like actual chocolate. You can even put it in water and it tastes amazing.

5’5, 160 vs. 120. there’s 9 months difference between me in the first photo and the next... we still have a bit to go but i’m getting there.
