Hey there,
I have no idea what this post is gonna be about, I should be studying, but I have a weird urge to write something. Well, I am kinda annoyed and disappointed by the reality and the world around me. It's not like I want my life to look like straight from instagram posts or sth, the point is that my life is not exciting at all. Don't you have this thought sometimes, that everything should be different, cause this is your life, right? and if I own it, I should control it, and live it the way I want to. I know the world is never fair etc. But this is ridiculous how we all spend most of our time stuck in places we don't like, with people who annoy us as hell, doing things that make us wanna hide in a cave and never come back. I just have those strange thoughts that this world is so damn crazy, isn't it? I keep falling asleep with ideas of better future, of me living my dreams, of happiness and then I need to wake up. I hate how everybody seems so hopeless, so weak, so done with everything. Of course we all have a right to feel down sometimes, but I will never get how people ignore what they really want. I know it's not easy, and perhaps I am just a child who has no idea about anything, but maybe that's the method to live this life well, to stay a child. I am naive, I know, I've heard it so many times, but I think it's not as complicated as it seems. Basically this text is about nothing, but I just wish people believed we all can be happy and create our own reality.
oh, and I think I'm gonna write a book, just a childish caprice
Hey guys,
Umm, I've been inactive lately, and I guess there's no surprice that the only reason of that is school (and maybe my lack of sleep, but whatever).
I just stopped by to say a massive thank you to all of you and one lovely person - Nathan, whose message made me smile so so much! (:
Well, now I am sitting on my bed (the chair's became my wordrobe lately) trying to study for two tests I have today, have I ever mentioned how I hate studying chemistry? Anyway, I hope you guys are doing okay and I'll try to post sth more interesting (?) really soon (:
Love you!
A.
It must feel amazing
I am wondering what's worse. Feeling this frustrating lack of something, but not knowing what it is. Or knowing exactly what you need and what will make you happy, but living with the awareness that it's out of you reach. Like I hate when I feel sad without any reason and everything is so annoying, because I feel this damn lust for something. But I guess one day we're able to figure out what it is. The worst feeling I know is the absence of this one, particular thing you can't have. Like a person you love, but it's not around you and you can't change it. yeah, it kinda sucks.
Let's be honest we are all extremely selfish and egocentric. Today when I was at the tram I realized everybody has their own life, their own problems and habits. One lady was reading Marilyn Monroe's biography, the other one was eating jellies. And a man sitting a few seats ahead was so focused on the news paper that he almost missed his stop. Like every single one of us has their own world, so there are more than 7 billion people and 7 billion universes. And yeah, I was watching people and wondering how to capture it by words (:
My English teacher asked us if it was possible for men and women to be friends, and I got kinda annoyed and said we shouldn't sort people by their gender, cause I honestly don't care if my friend has a penis or not.
if a girl wants to watch a sport because she thinks a player is hot then let her, it’s not like guys watch the VS fashion show because they want to buy new bras.
Make yourself happy.
Make yourself happy. I know it sounds cheesy, but that's the only chance to be truly happy. Life is full of surprises and it's normal that sometimes we cannot control everything, that things are just getting worse. But that's okay. Close your eyes, take a deep breathe, it'll help. There's always that moment when you feel everything is gonna get better, you just start breathing normally again and your heart suddenly stops being so heavy. You feel free again.
We all are waiting for the happiness to just "happen", to come and save us from the grey reality. Everybody has their own definition of being happy. Don't wait for somebody to come and fix everything. You are powerful! Happiness isn't permanent, you change, your environment changes and people change... But we can be generally positive and look at our life with that (perhaps totally naive) hope and enthusiasm. The smile and awareness of your own strength will comfort you.
Just find something that makes youi happy. Your favourite book, the yummy breakfast or the stars shining above us... It doesn't matter what it is. Just learn how to be happy and satisfied on your own. There're so many things that are worth loving and appreciating. Have you ever had this terrible urge to dance in the shop, because your favorite song came on the radio? Or walking in the rain with a huge grin, cause you finally feel relieved? I used to wonder why I was always so afraid to get crazy and to leave the world behind... I've learned not to take life so serious, it's hard and I forget about it sometimes, but the point is that I know I'll find the way back to this state of mind.
I know it's hard to wake up with a wide smile and energy to shine. Drink your morning coffee, eat a huge breakfast and relax. Just make this day valuable, do whatever you want to, use the time you have, because in the evening you may regret things you haven't done. Dress up for yourself, take a deodorant or a hair brusher and sing/dance in front of the mirror, do something crazy. i know it sounds so childishly and immaturely, but have fun. Life is too short to worry.
Positivity is your own choice. I just can't see the point in upsetting myself. We care too much about what people think of us. Just do your thing. i am going to a new school next week and i am super stressed. I am literally afraid of everything, but I am still trying to find positives. A fresh start, new people, new enviroment etc. Focus on them. Do everything with confidence.
The point I'm trying to make is that this life isn't that bad. I really want you to realize that everything depends on you. Start your day with positive attitude and share it. Smile to a stranger and make others happy too. I don't even know what I am doing I just really want you to believe you can, perhaps because I want to convince myself as well. We all want to be happy.
There is the world to change and if you want to, you can join me and make a difference. When I was down my friend said: "stay happy, stay confident, stay sassy, keep smiling, I'm always here" And same goes to you, whoever you are :-) Because if we think positively, positive things will happen (-:
Hakuna matata, I love you :-) xxx
can we all just have a minute of silence for all those good hair days no one important saw you
Teenagers = normal human beings
I hate that adults treat young people like as if we were stupid. We have a fresh point of view, we are meant to change the world and our environment keeps telling us we can't. we are the future, we need to live now, in this messed up world, full of lies, with the consequences of somebody's mistakes.
Nobody really thinks of us. We will have to fix everything, we have our dreams and hopes, but everybody will constantly tell us we are just kids. I am 16 and i have dreams, I believe I can, and I honestly not going to give up on my goals!
Two weeks ago I was at the hairdresser's and two women started talking about the war and the future etc. I was so pissed. They said that we deserved some real experience, like a war. Elderly ladies were accusing us, young people, because we haven't seen what the war or real poverty are, what the pain and fight are... How about the mess and chaos everywhere (for e.g. Middle East)? We are looking at the people killing people. So what's the message of mature people's behaviour? We want to make this world a better place, but hey we are just clueless kids. I can't stand when grown men say we have NO problems, like we are just living in the sweet space, made of candies and rainbow. And obviously we are addicted to internet and music. We'll lose our life for sure. I don't know why we are treated as another species... The other day I watched some breakfast TV and they were discussing the problem "How to treat teenagers?" And I was just staring at the screen, because it was all bullshit, honestly. They think we are spoiled, that we have too much etc. Okay, the world is developing!
And about our sweet life... umm, the worst thing about this world is that EVERYBODY judges EVERYBODY, but we don't know a thing about each other. On the one hand our parents and generally adults should try to understand and think creatively, but on the other hand there's no point. Why? Because we'll be judged anyway. It's scary how brutal the world is. I know a lot of people, loads of them suffered or still struggle with stuff. Stuff like self harm, bullying, hate, school etc. This is another kind of pain, and it's worse than something phisical. And perhaps the guy who spends hours on the internet has the only one real friend there or he's cheering up other people, who knows? Maybe the girl with plenty CDs and band Tshirts finds her escape in the music? But that's our reality... we hate it, to be honest, but some of us are strong enough to try and make our dreams come true. So let us be different and find our way to grow up, please. We are the same human beings.
I think that even Obama was a teenager, so let's be tolerant. Apparently we won't have much time for fun when we'll be adults.
Just let us live and you can also help us a little.
Sorry for all the grammar mistakes etc. Have nice day/night :-) xxx

too busy to think up the tittle
Do you have those days when you literally feel you can achieve everything and all you need is confidence and hard work? I do. Why do we lose this amazing feeling? it's annoying how one day you're so strong and the next day you're full of doubts and fears... I guess the real strength comes from keeping that positive attitude.
The real questions are: How to be strong? Where to find this strength? How to keep it? And Jeez, why?!
Well, let's be honest, it's hard as hell and hardly possible to be strong all the time. Actually I think trying to always be strong isn't necessary. But firstly, what does it even mean? Being strong? I don't really know, but who is stronger? The person who never gets hurt or the somebody who knows the taste of pain and defeat, but keeps going? I'd rather be the second one. So strong people will always stand up and beat the adversities.
Well, today I had one of those moments full of belief in myself. I am wondering what makes me feel this way. Music, people, friends, support, dreams, and that inner voice telling me I am worth it. I just would like to wake up tomorrow with the same positive thinking. Once when I was so motivated and generally
I wrote something to myself. I wrote how I was feeling and what was going on in my head. It helps. Keeping positivity around you i sall you need! I have loads of sticky notes with qoutes all over my room. I cut out inspiring pictures from colorful magazines.I think every girl needs to listen to some really girly music. I usually listen to 5SOS, Green Day, Arctic Monkeys, The 1975 or Paramore, but hey who doesn't like Little Mix, Beyonce or Taylor Swift? I do :D So, find feministic song which makes you feel you don't need anything but yourself and dance! (e.g. Little Mix - Wings, Little Mix - Word Up!, Paramore - Anklebiters).
So all we actually need is knowing ourselves well. I know what inspires me, and it works. It's good to have that figure who makes you believe you can. And it's worth trying. Focus on yourself dear. I used to think I am weak, because I was pretty sure I am not good enough, But I am and so are you!
So don't call yourself weak. Tell yourself: "I am getting stronger every single day." You need to know that YOU'RE CONTROLING YOUR LIFE
Wake up. Drink coffee. Smile and light up this world. Don't let the grey reality stop you from shining, becasue you are meant to change the world.
