This is an image of a girl from Australiaâs next top model (Liz I believe), and the shots to the right are her without any re-touching. They made her hips and legs smaller, so donât think the final photoâs of the show are real.

Accept the fact that you are not perfect and see how much easier it is to breathe.
we live in a world where perfection is continuously sought. what we fail to realize is that perfection does not exist. (via n-egativeness)
The SCAR Project: Breast Cancer Is Not A Pink Ribbon
The SCAR Project is a series of large-scale portraits of young breast cancer survivors shot by fashion photographer David Jay. Primarily an awareness raising campaign, The SCAR Project puts a raw, unflinching face on early onset breast cancer while paying tribute to the courage and spirit of so many brave young women.
Dedicated to the more than 10,000 women under the age of 40 who will be diagnosed this year alone, The SCAR Project is an exercise in awareness, hope, reflection and healing.

THIS IS WHY I HATE THE CATCHY âSAVE THE TATASâ SAYING. A woman is not defined by whether she has breasts or not. We shouldnât be worried about saving boobs. We should be worried about saving LIVES.
The first pictures⊠Her tears⊠This is a wonderful initiative.

Protein Worldâs ad campaign, which features a woman in a bikini and various products in the companyâs âweight loss collection,â asks the question: Are you beach body ready? This has sparked an online backlash in which more than 40,000 people have signed a petition calling for the removal of the ad thatâs been deemed body shaming.
The company has insisted thereâs nothing wrong with their posters and has âabsolutely no intention of removing the adverts because of a minority making a lot of noise.â CEO Arjun Seth said that the people defacing his posters are âterroristsâ and that he would only take notice of the petition if it gained one million signatures. âWhy make your insecurities our problem?â Because you are literally making money of making women feel shitty about what they eat and how they look.
Only a few years ago I was told by doctors that I would be dead if I didnât make a change. Death seemed better than trying to fight what was in my head. But I gave it a try after 2 years in different hospitals. I fought and fought and even after relapsing several times I kept fighting. And here I am 2 and a half years after recovery from anorexia, depression, self harm and over exercising. I am alive, strong, healthy and most importantly happy. After abusing my body for so long I had no energy, my body was weak. But I had a goal and that was to someday run a half marathon. And I achieved that goal yesterday (2nd May). I have never been more proud of myself!! Iâve built my body strong and healthy, I live a life I love. I am happy in my life and my body, something I never thought would be possible. But I made a change and no matter how tough it was, I told myself it will get better and it did. My best tip. Stay positive, set up goals and never give up. Focus on YOUR health and happiness!!! So proud of you and the progress you've made!
