My Tips For: Manifesting an SP

some of the asks in my inbox rn are SP based and I dont know what else to tell yall anymore idk how many times some of yall need to hear the same thing 💔

want to change your SP's height? ok. he's tall now. whenever you see him or whenever you think about it, affirm how much taller he's gotten. hype him up in your thoughts, scripts, like "my man is so tall and sexy, he got so tall, this man needs to hurry up and join the NBA like wtff" etc.

your SP is ghosting you/you've been in no contact? ok. stop giving a fuck, dont cry and whine because you KNOW he's about to text you any minute, any second, any hour. he can't stop thinking about you, he wants to talk to you, he misses you, he's going to reach out. literally affirm/script/visualize WHATEVER, your desired outcome. stop acknowledging the no contact. stop checking for his texts/calls. you're still that bitch even when you waver, but you can't keep flip flopping between "he'll text" and "omg he hates me."

you got SP back and now there's hot and cold behavior or they're "suddenly" hot and cold? babes, its all YOU. what are YOU doing? are you visualizing/imagining arguments and disagreements? are you thinking about them talking to other people, losing interest in you, never texting back fast, etc? whatever you are doing/thinking about/entertaining that is NOT what you want, stop that shit. SP loves you/enjoys talking to you/cares about you. accept nothing less. think of nothing less. when you consistently dwell in thoughts and scenarios that DO NOT BEENFIT YOU and don't even ATTEMPT to change, that is a conscious decision you're making and that is your choice.

SP cheated on you and you want to revise it? ok. gone. never happened, SP never did that, he/she/they would never do that. it's gone. that reality, POOF out of existence. stop thinking about it. they love you, you are the light of their life, the water in their bottle, they see no one but you and they always have. that's it. done.

you want to get revenge on SP(s), people who hurt you, etc? ok. anyone whose ever wronged you always gets whats coming to them, know that now. choose it. you dont even have to worry because you KNOW it'll happen. this isn't even something that you have to obsess over and look for "evidence" of, just affirming "they're gonna get whats coming to them." "anyone who fucks with me always gets what they deserve" "i'm his/her karma" etc. is more than good enough, because yes, the moment you decide is the moment shit changes.

the core to literally all of this is to just think in your favor and KNOW you're that bitch. you're unfuckwittable, you're unforgettable, you're CHOSEN. #1 always. discard the rest.

sorry for being MIA but at some point there's nothing to post about anymore like … yall know how to manifest you dont need advice just do it 💔

anyways, here's everything i manifested this month.

Getting unblocked by an SP I was just bored and wanted to see how fast he'd come back. Prior to me locking in he had me blocked on EVERY platform (even the video games we played together like wtf?) and called me a crazy narcissist he wanted nothing to do with 😭 Anyways he apologized and now texts me daily. On top of unblocking me, I also affirmed that he was depressed, miserable and lonely ... you all will be proud to know that among other things, he lost his job, no longer has a gf and his hairline is receding. ☕

Moving to my desired state My mom has been house hunting and she kept choosing places in states I absolutely did NOT want to live in, but long story short we're moving where I want and she found a place we both agreed on. ngl I was lowkey worried about this one because i'd forget to affirm for it but then I realized forgetting about it just meant I was already firm in my decision

My grandma's health continuing to improve Self explanatory...

More self improvement I'm more confident in my abilities, my hobbies are more enjoyable now and my mental health is lightyearssss better!

Getting a better job This kind of came out of the blue but I'm still counting it because it was so random? My mother told me to apply for a certain place and I did. tl;dr I basically got hired to do nothing, all the job is is designing graphics, flyers and posts for the company and occasionally taking calls when needed 😭

I manifested my sp 3 times before and this is the 4th time that I'm trying again to manifest him,I'm frustrated and tired like why I've been through the same shit again and again and I think this time there's a 3p I'm sad that he always broke up with me like I'm nothing and rn he's posting how happy he's ,I'm trying to lock in but I'm scared that it will take so much time....the last time it took me 4 months to be able to manifest him,I was a bad person with him that's why he left so many times I was fighting with him a lot ,he just wanted a pure simple love and for me deep down I didn't want that but now I do I'm sick of hurting myself and him i just want that kind of love and rs that he wished to have with me but now there's this 3p and my mind can't stop thinking that she's better that she's the one he was looking for to feel safe and in peace with 😭😭😭,I'm bored of listening to subliminals and affirming and visulizing all of these techniques helped me to get him these 3 times but this time feels impossible like how can he come back again this time he himself told me that this will be the end if we didn’t work out together he will leave forever and that's what he did...😭what do you advice me ?and thank you🥰

Affirming is not a method. You think every single day, you are affirming literally every single day. Affirming is not a method. IF you're a daydreamer, an imaginative person, etc, you daydream/visualize frequently, sometimes everyday. Visualizing is not a method. Listening to subliminals IS a method. It's something outside of you. I can see how that would be tiring. You are "bored" of affirming and visualizing because you're viewing it as a method when it isn't. You cannot be bored of something you do every single day without realizing it.

"I was a bad person with him, that's why he left, i was fighting with him" Why are you giving yourself reasons for him to not be choosing you again, when you KNOW that your thoughts create? WHY are you persisting in a reality you DON'T want?

There's really no advice for me to give you that you don't already know. You've manifested this man 3 times already, you know what you're doing. You know how to manifest. You know what to do and what not to do. Focus on your SP. Focus on being together. Period. Third party, other bullshit; that is IRRELEVANT.

The old story does not matter. The circumstances do not matter. I don't care if he told you he wants nothing to do with you ever again; IT DOES NOT MATTER. I literally manifested an SP back after he tried (and failed) to get a restraining order against me. Circumstances are never an issue.

You have to let the old story go. I understand that sometimes it can be hard when things feel out of your control or if you feel like you ruined things, but you are ALWAYS in control. There is no such thing as "impossible." There is NOTHING you can't fix. It's YOUR reality.

Even if you are impatient, understand time will pass REGARDLESS, you are not wasting your time by focusing on the outcome you want. Either you want him and are willing to remind yourself that he's yours; or you don't.

It's that simple.

Hey, I'm currently manifesting height growth and I know theres many people who succeeded to manifest growing taller or even shrinking.

Those who don't succeed and try to tell others the limiting belief that it's impossible are probably people like me, who put it on a big fat pedestal. I'm constantly checking my 3D, when I catch myself I try to say: No thats not true, I AM 5'7", I AM 170cm tall. But then I'm like, but what if I don't manifest it, I just mess up the scales if you get what I mean?

I always compare myself to others and overall manifest from a place of lack... How do I stop? I am so tired of myself being so obsessed with it, I've been obsessed all my life, maybe that's why I never was average height to begin with. How do I let go?

I would sure hope not.

You can let go of the pressure at any time by simply… not thinking about it. You cannot obsess over something you are not aware of. You cannot worry about how long something is taking you, if you are not even paying attention to it in the first place.

Obsession does not stop you from manifesting unless you THINK it does. Obsession can actually AID your manifestations; it all depends on what you're obsessing ABOUT. In your favor, or out of your favor?

If you chose to resonate with and subscribe to terms such as "manifesting from a place of lack" and "putting things on a pedestal" you should have ALREADY known you should've been thinking from the "4D". With that in mind: Why were you searching OUTSIDE of yourself for validation, then being surprised that you were struggling? You are literally feeding your doubts each time you do this.

If you want to keep going on your journey, use your obsession in your favor. Obsess over how fast you grew. Obsess over how fast things changed when you stepped into your power. Obsess FROM the end goal. Stop comparing yourself to others. Stop reading testimonials in an attempt to see "how long it'll take," stop all of it. Stop anything you do that does not benefit you. Because, If you were 5'7, why would you need to check? If you manifested your desire, why would you feel the need to constantly remind yourself it's possible by obsessively reading success stories and comparing yourself to someone else? If you had done it, you would KNOW its possible. That's what living in the end IS. Giving it to yourself before anything else. You have what you want NOW, you are what you want to be NOW. But, I think you know that.

Anyone who has successfully manifested their height will tell you they were not compulsively checking their height every waking moment. You know that already, right?

If you are in such a deep place of "lack" and see growing taller as something impossible for you, and see yourself as unable to turn your obsession into something useful: take a break from "trying," and take time to fix your mindset. It's that simple.

I've never been able to manifest any SP. For years, it never worked out with any. This cycle will be my 3 SP that I could never manifest, moreover Mariano is the one who doesn't like me, he said I look at him too much and hangs out with those who bully me and make fun of me. On the other hand, this Sebastian is arrogant, a womanizer, we never talk, he looked at me as if I was weird, I wasn't my physical type, he didn't consider myself pretty. And lastly Renzo, who sees me as a friend, follows my best friend, I'm not his type, he's a womanizer, etc. I feel so tense, so ashamed. And at the same time there's this one who said I wasn't pretty... I haven't even had my glow up and it came in 6 days. Can I manifest them? What should I do? Can I manifest all my sp? Can I manifest all 67 in the class? Some people see me as a friend, I'm not their type, etc. Thanks love u

I'm going to answer all of your questions right now: Yes. You can manifest all of your SPs. You can manifest Mariano, Sebastian, Renzo. You can manifest your whole damn class to be madly in love with you.

BUT, everything that you just pointed out right here has nothing to do with your SPs, and everything to do with you.

Here's why:

If you think that these people saying you aren't their type, you aren't "pretty", etc, is an indicator that they can NEVER choose you, then there's an issue with your self concept and inner beliefs.

From this point on, anything negative anyone has ever said to you, is null and void. You are beautiful, you are perfect, you are drop dead gorgeous and you are everyone's dream girl. Everyone in your class loves you. Everyone wants to be with you. You are the most beautiful girl in your class and all of the girls want to be just like you. You are always the one that the guys like. You are always chosen.

You do not have to entertain the thought of NOT being someone's type. That doesn't exist for you. There is never a time when you are NOT chosen. Understand that, and think and carry yourself from that perspective.

It doesn't matter if they're a womanizer, a player, IT DOES NOT MATTER. They will change if you think they will. You can be the one they choose to commit and be loyal to, just by deciding that you are.

My advice: Start carrying yourself like the girl/woman who has it all. The version of you that has the glow-up, and the attention. Because the second you realize your worth and stand firm in who YOU are, your SPs are going to be on their knees begging to go out with you and apologizing for ever overlooking you. Because the person that you'll become is so magnetic that you can NEVER be overlooked again.

You are no longer waiting for your glow up. It's already happened. You are not the ugly duckling who all the boys hate and make fun of, you are the glamorous perfect swan who is loved and adored by ALL. Even your "bullies" are going to be begging and pleading for your forgiveness.

hiii so i have known about law of assumption and neville goddard and manifesting for many years. however i feel like im being tested and im struggling to understand how to deal with this. ill start off, but please bear with me and it's really long. tyy

i need your advice and help because im stressing.. recently, im in a lot of distress due to something that happened online on social media. im trying to report two adults from social media, one is a 21 year old man from canada and the other is an 18 year old woman from sweden and they both used to be in a relationship but they're exes now.

basically the man did something really disgusting to an underage girl and the woman used religion to manipulate and gaslight the victim instead of calling out her ex bf and was sooo hostile, it was disgusting and got me mad. yes i contacted the police because as an concerned adult i thought they would be my best option but nvm, they're not responding to me at all and the swedish police want me to call them but im also scared that they won't take me seriously and will close case regarding the man's ex gf.

now i want to manifest justice for the underage girl, i want this man and woman arrested and charged and convicted with non-expungable criminal record no matter how weak my evidence is against them or no matter how many odds are stacked or will be stacked against me. i also want them to be humiliated and torn apart on the internet by others much worse than how much they humiliated the underage girl. i have tried to do SATS and living in the end but im struggling a little bit with spiralling and doubts.

If you are going straight to the end goal, imagine EVERYTHING that you want to have happened and stay there. You saw a post of theirs on social media 5 minutes ago? No you didn't, both of them are in jail. They're gone.

If you are from either of their countries, in your SATS scenes, start visualizing seeing the news covering the arrest/case. Visualize it EVERYWHERE, headlines, blogs, social media threads, EVERYWHERE. Especially if the two people in question are e-celebrities or influencers. When a case goes viral it's typically reported by multiple outlets, people start tweeting about it, they post their opinions in threads, they take sides, they post on their stories, they repost news threads, they discuss the case. All of that happens REGARDLESS the moment the story comes out. Way before the guilty/innocent verdict even.

Imagine it, see it. It's all over the news, every time you open social media you're seeing a post about those two, you're seeing people talk about them, discuss them, its EVERYWHERE. Even if you're not from either of their countries, start seeing the aftermath of it NOW.

You said "I'm scared to call because they won't take me seriously."

…? Why would you even entertain that? Think of it this way: You called, and they took you seriously, they believed your every word and they are going to look into it. It's that simple. When you are manifesting that means you are THINKING IN YOUR FAVOR even if every single thing is against you, even if you feel defeated, ignored, even if you're anxious; YOU are not letting those feelings control you. Even if you can't call the Swedish police right away, calm down, stop worrying; and start telling yourself it will all be okay and the victim will be okay too, because when you call, they are going to take you seriously. People ALWAYS take you seriously, they ALWAYS believe you. It doesn't even matter what they say on that call, because YOU know those two are getting locked tf up. Period.

You asked what I would do in your shoes? Well, I would do ALL of this and I would get every person I know to call with me and report those two freaks. If you know something wrong has occurred, you don't let it fall into obscurity, you don't let anyone forget about it. You make yourself a nuisance and you keep going until you are heard or until they give you a resolution you're okay with.

It doesn't matter if you doubt. It doesn't matter if you spiral. What matters is that you don't give up, and you don't obsess over how much you're spiraling or doubting.

how do you manifest a lover? i have a journal but i don't know where to start.

There are multiple ways you can do this, but I'm only going to go over the ways I've done personally.

If you want to focus on journaling, you can script EVERYTHING. From the way they look, down to the way they treat you, even down to how/where you met them. You can write it like you're telling someone about how great your new partner is, kind of like a little diary entry. Just gush about them and really FEEL how it feels to have this person in your life now. Even if you only feel it for a second, I personally think that's how you know your script really resonates.

Make a list of all of their traits, habits that you want them to have, things like that; and script/affirm that they are EVERYTHING you wished for and more, they check every box on your list. I actually prefer this method personally (it's how I manifested my last few SPs) because it feels more natural like, raving to someone about how this new person is just everything you wished for, theyre just THE one.

If you don't even know the type of person you want to manifest, that's fine. Just script that you've met the love of your life and they're absolutely perfect, everything you wanted.

This bit of advice mostly assumes you're manifesting a completely new person, but if you're manifesting someone you know, (or someone you don't know very well yet, but want to), just use their name in your script/affirmations.

HOW TO ACTUALLY MANIFEST (Too easy! Almost criminally easy!)

If you've been trying to manifest for a while and are struggling, or just need a push back towards the basics, this is for you. I'm so sick of reading the same question in my messages and writing the same response 💀

How to Manifest.

First, understand that whatever it is that you want to have. You have it now, or, if you can't go to the end goal for whatever reason; you are *going* to get it.

You just need to THINK as if you have it. Think as if it's already yours. Think as if getting it is inevitable for you. Think as if it's promised (because it IS!) The moment you change your thoughts is the moment that you step into the state of having what you want.

Affirming is just thinking. It is not complicated. It does not have to be hard. It is just thinking thoughts. You are thinking thoughts every single day. The only reason the koolaid man hasnt burst through your walls or a secret agent hasn't dragged you off to a village in Djibouti, is because there are not thoughts you PERSIST in, therefore, they do not manifest.

Types of Affirming: LITERALLY JUST THINKING THOUGHTS, Robotic Affirming (Thinking the same thoughts over and over again, thinking the same 1-2 affirmations over and over), Focused Affirming (Thinking your affirmations with STRENGTH, power and conviction, feeling them completely), Scripting, Inner conversations, etc. Types of Repetition: Affirming, Saturation sessions, Listening to Subliminals, Listening to affirmation tapes, Scripting, etc

But, if you are truly so LAZY that you don't even want to think in your favor, use subliminals or listen to affirmation tapes. Whenever you're listening, just tell yourself it's working. It's that simple. Matter of fact, it doesn't have to be subliminals or aff tapes. Just assume (THINK) listening to your favorite singer gives you clear skin or whatever.

"But what if I've been doing everything right and nothing's changing!"

First off: If you believe that something can stop your manifestation, it will. But, you don't have to subscribe to that belief at all. You can affirm that you are always doing everything right and nothing you can do can stop your manifestations. That means you can "waver" and spiral all you want, and nothing can stop you. Spiraling doesn't mean you failed and it's time to start over. Wavering or checking for results doesn't mean you failed and it's time to start over. Nothing is sitting there like "oh, nope. you did this, now you wont get your manifestation haha try again!"

Now. If you believe that you're doing everything right, yet you are ACKNOWLEDGING a lack of having what you want... Are you sure doing everything right?

Checking for results won't get in the way of your manifestation. But affirming *against* it will. If every time you search for results you're going "well nothing changed, it's not here yet, this is taking so long, why isn't it working" you are quite literally dragging yourself out of the state of having what you want. If you HAD what you want, you would not be falling apart the second you don't see it. If you KNEW getting what you wanted was inevitable, you wouldn't bat an eyelash at seeing something you don't want, because you KNOW it will change.

If you genuinely believe you are doing everything right, stop trying. I mean it, completely stop trying. Stop "affirming". Take a break. Now see, you can't ever *actually* stop affirming. Because you're ALWAYS thinking. However, when you stop "trying", I want you to examine your thoughts around the thing that you wanted. Examine how they've changed. Because thoughts that come up, those are going to tell you everything about where you were going wrong.

How long does getting results take?

This part is all up to you. What is it that you're telling yourself every day? If you are staying true to your desire affirming, scripting, doing whatever it is that makes you feel comfortable, it'll pop up sooner than you know it. You will never have to look for your manifestation, it will come straight to you.

Don't worry about limiting beliefs, don't worry about the time, don't worry about ANYTHING other than KNOWING there is nothing that can stop you from getting what you want.

Even if you're on a time crunch and need something FAST, the time is not your concern. Do not fixate on it. Lets say you're getting evicted in a week. Not anymore you're not. You have the money right now and your rent is paid, bask in that feeling. Feel how calm and relieved you are. Stay there. Don't even for a second entertain the opposite, and if you do slip into overthinking and worrying, don't worry about it, just get right back to where you should be.

That's literally it. There is no magic secret formula. You literally just have to think in your favor and be consistent.

Everything I Manifested in July PT 2

I was going to wait til August 1st buuutt... I'm going to be busy so I might as well just post everything new I manifested now.

My friend pre-ordered movie tickets for us to see Weapons when it hits our theater! I really wanted to see this movie bc everytime i see the trailer in an ad im SATT like watching it all the way through no skips. it's actually great timing too because he got us tickets for the 9th instead of the 8th (the day when it comes out). I'm leaving for my vacay this week and wont be back til the 6th or 7th and i need time to settle before i just up and start doing side quests 😭. It was a little surprising which friend did this though because he usually hates the movies? literally hates everything except bowling and hookah lounges. perhaps hes just in love with me idkk..

2. My eyebrows got thicker. Usually my eyebrows are usually thin as hell and struggling but I decided I wanted them to be full like FULL yknow? so I've been affirming that I have brows like Zayn Malik and Priyanka Chopra and.... my brows look SO much better. I started affirming for this around July 18th? according to my notes, and last Friday my coworker asked me what I did to my brows because, ""they're not balding anymore."" like shes so... but I love her 🙄

3. My brother and his wife made up. His wife kicked him out the house back in April and for the past month ive been TIRED of him snoring loud as hell downstairs and eating up all my food so I just manifested them getting back together... Lowkey I should've done this months ago

4. I FREED MY COUSIN FROM HER TOXIC RELATIONSHIP!! She's like, not really my cousin by blood but I love her sm shes practically a cousin. But, her now-ex is her babys father and she didnt wanna leave him because she wanted her daughter to grow up knowing her dad but that man was an ass. he treated her so bad. me and another friend of hers has been telling her for MONTHS to let that man GO. I locked in and decided to affirm a couple days ago when I heard he kicked her out his apt and she still went back to him. i was like hell no?? i cant let my girl keep embarrassing herself like this. Fast forward, she told me yesterday night shes moving back to Cali to stay with her mom and I couldnt be happier for her!!! That arc was literally insane I wouldnt wish the shit she went through on my worst enemy.

I also manifested a few other things, getting taller (5'3 to 5'7), my face slimming down and my cheekbones being more visible, i literally manifested this vacation as a whole but I dont really have any story or context. literally all I did was affirm just because i wanted it..💀

I want to manifest a whole new life such as waking up with a new life. I want to manifest my dream look and job (a radiation therapist) without studying like I just want to wake up and know everything about it. The thing is I never seen anyone talk about it only that they manifest "passing a quiz" and I always wondered why can't they just manifest straight up having that career already? I never seen success stories like this and it's discouraging so I wonder is it even possible?

TL;DR for you: Yes, it is possible. Stop overthinking.

Neville Goddard himself once said, "Imagination and faith are the secrets of creation."

What does that mean you? Cause, I'm going to tell you what it means to me.

If you believe that something is true, it will be true. If you believe that anything is possible, your world will show you that anything is possible. If you believe that something is unachievable for you, it will remain unachievable. That's all that this is. The law of assumption is what you ASSUME. FAITH =/ Belief. You do not have to BELIEVE anything. You ONLY have to assume, and STICK to that assumption. To me, that is what being faithful is.

Can you manifest your dream job without studying, without even going to get the certification? Yes. If you can desire to do it, then you can do it. NOTHING is impossible to god.

Some people like the process of watching their manifestation unfold. Some enjoy manifesting in steps because it's easier for them. Some people just find it strange or 'odd' to go straight to the end when it comes to drastic changes and choices. All of that is okay.

Understand, you are NOT trying to achieve anything. You are NOT trying to become anything. You ALREADY are all that you want to be. Acknowledge who you are now, and stay there. There is a no such thing as a big or small manifestation, there is no such thing as an easy or hard manifestation. It can only be as hard, simple, easy, effortless, as you assume and ALLOW it will be.

You can honestly and truly wake up one morning and see scrubs, a white coat and your credentials on your dresser. You can wake up one morning to a phone call from the lead oncologist asking you to come in early. Yes, I really mean it! You can shift to the reality where you literally have the job already and you KNOW what to do; and it will feel natural. You will feel as if this has ALWAYS been your life.

You may not have seen any success stories for that topic yet, but let me tell you a secret: People are making miracles every day because of the law. The only thing is, they aren't sitting around posting about it. They're busy living the life of their dreams.

SP Manifestation: It's not impossible! (really)

My friend and I were talking the other night and she told me she was losing faith in the law because she's been trying to manifest her SP, and nothings working. After we talked I thought, maybe there's other people out there that feel like this too? If you are the type of person who overthinks and overall has been STRUGGLING with manifesting your SP, this is for you. Skip to the end if you just want the advice; not the lecture.

Understand that you NEED to LOCK IN here. While there are some things that I agree 1000% can be manifested even with constant wavering, SPs are typically NOT one of them for most people. When I say wavering I don't mean feeling emotion. You can cry, scream, be angry, feel all the things and STILL get your manifestation. When I say wavering I mean....

Keeping unwanted things in your awareness. (Third parties, long distance, break-ups, no-contact, things like that.) They are IRRELEVANT the moment you decide you want this person. No ifs, ands, or buts. IRRELEVANT! Switching between "he/she wants me" to "he/she doesn't want me anymore, he/she hates me" to "I dont care if we get back together anyway." Because what?? pick a side and STAY on it. You cannot be doubleminded.

Because if you're the type of person who flips back and forth whether you're manifesting someone you know or even if you're 'creating' your SP from scratch, you need to DECIDE what you want and be SPECIFIC about it. You don't just want "a boyfriend", you don't just want "to date them", you want them to be the man/woman of your dreams whose going to do this, this and this and treat you like this, that and the third.

So now you're thinking okay okay... So now that I understand all this.. how do I actually get my SP/get my SP back?

Step One: THINK. IN. YOUR. FAVOR. Regardless of what you see/hear. I don't care if you heard SP is getting married! Because yeah they ARE getting married, TO YOU! I don't care if you just scrolled through their IG and saw them posting with a girl/boy whose "better than you" because NO ONES better than you! Who tf is better for your SP other than YOU? NO ONE! Think in your favor at ALL times. They are ALREADY yours.

Step Two: EIYPO (Everyone is you pushed out). Your SP is getting all of your thoughts about them. The way I see it is that if everyone is you pushed out, all they can ever be is how YOU perceive them. If your SP is mean or distant towards you, think: "Wow (he/she, or their name) is so nice now. They've been so nice to be lately." etc. and if you're a complainer, COMPLAIN IN YOUR FAVOR, like: "Omg he's so obsessed with me like leave me alone damn, he's literally always texting me now. he's literally blowing up my phone all day long it's like boy get a hobby!" etc. Whatever you would NATURALLY think if it was happening, think it now.

STEP THREE (The Most Important!): LIVE. YOUR. LIFE. Don't let your whole day/week/month/year revolve around missing or stalking your SP. They are going to come back REGARDLESS, because that is the law. All you have to do is PERSIST and STOP thinking about everything EXCEPT what you want. You have no reason to be all up in that man's IG page stalking him and getting upset over girls in his comments, following or likes if you KNOW he's yours. Like what??

Like I'm so serious it's literally this simple. THINK IN YOUR FAVOR!!! STOP LETTING EVERYTHING MOVE AND UNSETTLE YOU!! Neville himself said a THOUSAND people will move if they have to in order for you to get what you want. IDGAF if he broke up with you and told you he never wants to date you ever again and you look like a beached whale. KEEP PERSISTING!!

how can i manifest desired body & ideal weight?

First, let go of ALL insecurity if you have any. I understand that might be hard but this is literally the BEST THING you can do for yourself if you've had trouble/haven't been seeing any results. You need to be in the mindset of HAVING, and if you HAD your desired body, you likely would feel confident and content with yourself.

Whatever you would feel/however you would feel, FEEL. IT. NOW. You don't have to wait until you see results, because you HAVE your results now. The moment you say you have something, YOU HAVE IT. Act like it.

Other than that, here's my advice: If you're prone to overthinking and wavering, make a little routine for yourself. That means set a time every day to just take time for yourself and saturate your mind with the fact you have your desired body NOW.

Your affirmations should be how you talk, but heres a general example: "I look so good, my body is literally perfect, I (lost/gained) (desired amount of weight), I love my body so much, everyone compliments me on my (weight loss/gain)."

METHODS: My Thoughts

We all know; and if you don't know, I'm about to tell you: METHODS aren't what manifest. YOU do. It is YOUR CONSISTENCY that brings what you want to reality. Methods are just there to help you get into the state/mindset of having what you want.

And yes, literally EVERY method works; because YOU are the one who gives it power.

All you really need to do is find a method that RESONATES with you. For me, I hated robotic affirming because even though I got results, it wasn't comfortable for me and I always started overthinking. When I stopped affirming like "I'm so hot, I'm so hot" and instead started affirming as if I was TALKING to myself, because again.. that's really all you have to do... "I'm so hot, I'm so hot" turned into "I'm literally that bitch, I look good as fuck everybody's going to be all over me today at work today." And that felt SO much better and I stopped overthinking about whether or not it was working or if I was doing it right. It actually got me faster results too because it was easier to saturate.

So if you like subliminals and affirmation tapes? Use them! Yes, THEY WORK. If you struggle with believing it really does help to just affirm a little and reassure yourself like: "This subliminal's working so fast I already got/I have (desired change here)."

If you like robotic affirming because it keeps you fully focused on your affirmations? KEEP DOING IT. IT WORKS.

You like SATS? 55x5, scripting, etc? KEEP. DOING IT. STOP GIVING UP. STOP RESTARTING. YOU ARE DOING EVERYTHING RIGHT, I PROMISE.

Everything works, you literally just have to stay consistent because YOU have all the power. It has NO CHOICE but to manifest.

Things I Manifested: July

This month I've been really focused on just... self-improvement more than anything else and it's paid off so well. There's still a week and a half left in the month but here's what I manifested so far.

I have way more confidence than before. I used to be SO anxious and scared like to the point it was embarrassing, like wtf are you afraid of? Even on the INTERNET I had insane levels of anxiety but honestly I don't give a fuck anymore lol. I've always had high confidence in my looks so there wasn't much of a change there. But mentally/belonging wise? the difference is night and DAY.

Got rid of guilt surrounding food. I eat whatever I want now and I don't worry or overthink AT ALL. I'll literally order takeout without a second thought now. My ED is gone too.

My mom loves gambling and I was getting fed up of her spending money on it cause I think its a waste of time, but I started affirming that she always wins. And in the last 2 weeks since I started, shes won $4k total on whatever that website she uses is.

A dog. I actually didn't even affirm for this, I just remembered my ex-bestfriend had a Yorkie with the cutest name (Tokyo), and I was like aww. I shit you not, 2 days later my mom and I heard some scratching and gentle bumping on the front door when we woke up and we thought it was the neighbors dog, so we ignored it. An hour later my mom opened the door to get the mail and guess what was on the porch? A YORKIE. No nametag/collar... We looked on our neighborhood Facebook to see if anyone was missing a pet, my mom made a post. No one claimed her. I gave her a bath and checked for fleas, and she was completely clean. My mom almost thought someone dropped her off that's literally how well taken care of she looked? But when we checked our doorbell camera there wasn't anyone in any of the updates. I wanted to think it was just a coincidence because dude?? I didnt even affirm I just THOUGHT about a yorkie?? but there's so many houses in our neighborhood but Lady (her name) chose OUR house. We're in a cul-de-sac like literally she had rows and rows of houses to choose from, but ended up HERE. Like literally sat out there for I don't even know how long. I think she's my fav manifestation of July so far.
