so it was my birthday last wednesday and here are 19 things i feel like i should share in honour of my 19 years

1 - a bottle of wine is 533 calories 2 - routine and stability isn’t boring and is actually healthy for anxiety !! wow !! shocker  3 - if u wash dishes as u use them u won’t hate urself every 2 weeks when u have to eat cereal out of a saucepan 4 - green concealer is ur friend 5 - WEAR THE COOL THINGS U ALWAYS POINT OUT BUT GET SELF CONSCIOUS ABOUT !!! PEOPLE WILL LOVE IT !! 6 - heels are the way forward, they change every outfit into a Look ™ 7 - let urself enjoy things like project runway and america’s next top model; not everything has to be convoluted plot twists and impressive cinematography 8 - allow urself to have opinions  9 - you can NEVER have too many mugs 10 - portray the traits you possess without worrying that they’re not inherently feminine 11 - don’t beat urself up because u didn’t reach an unrealistic goal 12 - leather trousers are a bad idea for a night out  13 - learn to expect kindess off others and don’t always assume people want something from you 14 - be comfortable in your skin, experiment with fashion and hairstyles; you don’t have to be consistent like a cartoon character 15 - nobody will even remember that time you fell over in the club.. or the other 14 times.. 16 - stop talking to fuckin taxi drivers like they’re your therapist and go see your actual therapist 17 - let yourself eat the cake your coworkers offer you 18 - save £10 a week and you could do all the things you say you’ll do but don’t because you’re BROKE 19 - mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell
