A refreshing mocktail combining the tangy flavor of grapefruit with the herbal notes of thyme, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients: 1 grapefruit. 3-4 sprigs of fresh thyme. 1 tablespoon honey. Sparkling water or soda water. Ice cubes.
Instructions: Cut the grapefruit in half and squeeze the juice out of it. Mix honey and a few thyme leaves together in a glass. Put ice cubes in the glass. Pour the grapefruit juice that you just squeezed over the ice. Add more soda or sparkling water. Put a thyme sprig on top to look nice. Gently stir, and serve right away.
