ghee or cooking oil or butter (use any with your convenience)
one fourth teaspoon baking soda
first, mix all dry ingredients without powdered sugar add 2 eggs yolks in it, and separate the white portion.mix all the dry ingredients without sugar. after that add ghee and mix well. in another bowl beat a white portion of Eggs and gradually add powdered sugar in it. the texture of sugar and egg whites should be very smooth and creamy that will result in a yummy and creamy chocolate cake. now mix the Coco mixture into egg whites mixture and gradually mix.make sure that there must be no lump in the mixture, that'll affect the results! pour the mixture into the pre-ready pan and bake it for 45 minutes at a medium-low flame, and that's it! chocolate cake in pressure cooker is ready for topping, for topping take milk cream and add Coco powder and powdered sugar according to your choice and mix it well. spread this easy and simple cake topping and decor it and enjoy the yummilicious bite of rich smooth and creamy homemade chocolate cake.
