Hula Hula :)
So myself and some girls are going to be doing a Polynesian dance for a 21st. And damn, it is a workout :) After the first 10 minutes of shaking our hips for warm up we sweating already haha. Practiced for about 5 hours straight and it definitely workout not only my legs but my bottom and abdominals :) Another great way to workout and have fun is just simply dancing :) Not only hip hop but any type of dancing, at a studio or in your bedroom ^.^ #dance to express not to impress #jbh - just be happy
