After Day #1, I was sore but not as sore as I thought I will be or as I wanted to be. Next day I was twice as sore which I didn't expect and even though I would normally use the soreness as an excuse I got over myself and worked out for Day #2 and I didn't do hard huffy and puffy work out but I can feel my muscles burning. It felt good after the workout even though I wasn't sweating as much. Like they say a small workout is better then no workout. #I love bananas but they give me tummy aches, that doesn't stop me from eating them so I'm not letting lazyness stop me from working out ^.^ #JBH - just be happy.
