High priestess. Second one is the silhouette study Character explorations through the use of silhouette and shapes. Started off with brainstorming with a fat block brush and once happy with the silhouette, added a bit of details. It's a really fun exploration technique!

Deserted. . . . It's been awful difficult to be productive lately but I've been trying my best to learn new things. I've been working on this one for a long time now, but I guess 'finished' is better than perfect. This was my first attempt at visualising & drawing any kind of mecha (a small spaceship in this case), it more more fun than I had anticipated :) . . . What else? I hope you guys are okay! Inspired by @shohei_emura 's illustration post about '7 herbs' in which he drew the 7 japanese herbs as characters. I will be posting 7(or more) Indian herbs as characters in the next few days. Here's a rather plump and juicy ginger or Adrak ( ˘ ³˘)♥ The second image is a botanical drawing for ginger which I used for the reference.
