Forever mood.
Itâs so easy to hide depression. Itâs so easy to smile and laugh and pretend nothing is wrong. Itâs so easy to pretend to be somebody else entirely.
Footsteps
Your footsteps echo around my mind
Like empty words and broken promises.
They do not lead me anywhere
They have no place to go
But still I hear them, reminding me of what once was.
Maybe.
A scrapyard. A junk yard.
Empty metal shells from empty metal hearts.
Pathetic little shards of glass strewn by the wayside.
Disregarded. Unwanted. Forgotten.
Maybe I have a junkyard heart and a scrapyard soul.
Rusted. Corroded. Undesirable. Irrevocably broken.
Maybe that's all of my memories
Scattered amongst the debris of a life I thought I owned.
Maybe thats all I ever meant to you,
A pile of shattered dreams and unobtainable hope.
Maybe. Just maybe...
A scrapyard. A junkyard.
Steel and iron corpses, insides rotten, eaten away.
The skeletons of what once was left to remind and torment.
Diseased. Ruined. Brittle and wasted.
Maybe I have scrapyard eyes and a junkyard smile.
Dulled. Dimmed. Hidden. Worthless.
Maybe thats the frames and supports of my love
The parts of me left to sell for scrap.
Maybe thats all I could ever mean to anyone.
A useless magnet for destruction.
Maybe. Just maybe...
Maybe
A scrapyard. A junk yard.
Empty metal shells from empty metal hearts.
Pathetic little shards of glass strewn by the wayside.
Disregarded. Unwanted. Forgotten.

âHow your hands spread on my back, how the blood flowers in your temples, the soft dusty pink of your eyelids, and the gentle wave of your hips. You are the sea washing over me, you are the rain dripping off the ends of my hair. You are the end of every thought.â
â Emma Workman
You Get So Alone at Times That it Just Makes Sense by Charles Bukowski Â
I watch you laying next to me
I watch you laying next to me
Blissful, tranquil, no disturbance...
I wonder if thats how I look to you..
A different version of myself
One that I kept a hidden secret
Lock and key
No one is welcome.
I watch you lying next to me and see
That you didn't even need a key...
You words and whispers wrought a fire
Which melted all defensives
Stopped me like paralysis
And made me ignore the pain.
I watch you lying next to me and see
That you're just as broken.. as lonely as me
I hear the breath escape your lips
The sigh dangling precariously from your tongue
A truth i cannot behold, cannot fathom
Who is this creature sent to save me?
Why are all my secrets yours to devour?
Why can i never say no?
You wont be the burning victim here... theres only room for one.
Me.
Want is ten thousand blue feathers falling all around me, and me unable to stomach that I might catch five but never ten thousand. So I drop my hands to my sides and wait to be buried.

they said, âthe best way to retain the spark of life in a relationship is to never take it for grantedâ, like keys before theyâre lostâ like breathing. âinstead, treat her like an oasis in the desert, love her like a mirage youâll never capture; covet her. because the desire is in the chaseâ, they said. i believed them. it worked. but what am i supposed to do now that my love is a sisyphean curse and my thoughts are a herculean hearse filled with rot as my memories return and my heart still burns and my heart still burns and my heart still burns and you still stay gone?

âI hope you realize that every day is a fresh start for you. That every sunrise is a new chapter in your life waiting to be written.â
â Juansen Dizon, Confessions of a Wallflower page 289Â Â
I no longer need you to fuck me as hard as I hate myself.
Make love to me like you know I am better than the worst thing I ever did. Go slow. Iâm new to this
