The Doctor never needed any encouragement to be, well, himself. But any encouragement only seem to cause him to over do it. "I suppose you're right, but the chants of 'Go Doctor!' probably did little to help the matter. You know the ol' fellow loves to be the center of attention."

Alistair heard the crowd cheering behind him. He debated whether he wanted to turn around and see why. As he turned around he saw the Doctor dancing on top of a counter. "What the devil is the man doing?" Alistair could feel his blood pressure rising. "Which one of us should go get him?"

Morning light shines through gaps in champagne-coloured curtains. Alistair's busy examining said marks in the hotel room's en-suite bathroom mirror. Meanwhile, she's lounging against plump silk-covered pillows.

He's the one with meetings this morning. Her part in discussions is over until the afternoon. She'll be happily enjoying coffee and views of the lake out on the balcony.

He steps out of the bathroom to give her a reproachful look. Her smirk deepens. "I'm sure you'll figure something out."

As Alistair studied what was left visible with his uniform on. He wondered if he could pass it off as something that happened in battle. Not really a chance of that happening, especially when they were clearly teeth mark just under his jaw. "You know I would prefer if you keep them under my collar line. And what's that look on your face? I take it your proud of you handy work. Your going to ruin my reputation. I'm suppose to be rather uptight and repressed."

He cursed the fact that he had to speak at the thing, because the look of her bathe in the sunlight sneaking through the gaps in the curtains was very inviting, but no later. That's if she'll have him. He was no idiot, he knew she was the one in the drivers seat when it came to whatever this was. And exactly what it was, he couldn't quite put a finger on, but he'll enjoy it while it last. "So, tell me, will I be seeing you later this evening or have you made some other plans?"

i'm pretty sure you know the answer to this. my guy has a crush on thera, but he's trying to be professional and not do anything about it. also, because of the way his marriage ended he is trying not to get into any serious relationships until he's left unit. he feels like the secretive nature his job would be a hinderance to any relationships working out.
