hi hello. i have a HUGE sort of self interpretation on what the spawn could be like in phighting if it were like a sort of physical deity or character. what i have is really really long so be prepared for a lot of yapping
it might not make sense but whatever man im having fun here. there are no indentations on tumblr's bullet lists so i had to add that in manually oops
god of the inphinity/inpherno and source deity of all inphernals
capable of summoning most/all gears that inphernals are capable of having, with the exception of the sfoth swords. however, their "main" gear is the brigand's sword, and is unique to them
their horns, if they had any, are unknown in appearance. interpretations vary wildly, but they usually dwell on them having eight spikes as their horns
bleeds a glowing, pure white blood which acts as their essence, different to the ichor the swords bleed (the spawnpoints are powered by this essence and is how they work)
did not create the swords. they are unrelated to them and their creators
they are also unrelated to whatever deity the true eye worships
presumed to have ruled over the inpherno and watched over the inphernals before the appearance of the swords. however, info relating to this time period is largely lost, probably due to intentional obfuscation
pre-sfoth inpherno is believed to have been more peaceful compared to the current inpherno
spawned new inphernals into the world by their own hand, since spawnpoints didnt exist yet
all inphernals have a select amount of the spawn's essence within their bodies, given to them upon their spawning through the connection to their gear. when they die, the essence is returned to the spawn and used to create a new inphernal with the same gear
died thousands of years before the events of ditf/phighting
in myth (and partially in fact), they are believed to have been killed by the swords in an usurping of the inpherno, and is buried in the heights somewhere. upon their death their essence bled into the world, and created the spawnpoints as a result
the spawn has no control over what inphernals are spawned by the spawn points, nor can they control where they are spawned
as a last comeuppance towards the swords, the spawn "cursed" them with their mortal flaws, and is why they're so disliked by the inphernals
is still alive, stuck in a sort of limbo, where they can feel and sense the world but cannot physically interact with it. their grief and hate towards the swords seeped into the bodies and minds of the inphernals, and is how the world became more violent
the reason why support/healing gears are so rare in present-day phighting is presumably due to this
not as well known in present day phighting as a result of the loss of info relating to their period. however, interest in researching more about them surged after the scorch
gears/inphernals that are zombified by venomshank are wholly lost by the spawn. had the spawn been alive they would be unable to spawn a new inphernal with that gear or summon it themselves
