i wholeheartedly believe that one of the main characters is going to die at the end of season four of wynnona earp. and i think it’s going to be waverly.

at first i thought it may be nicole but i don’t think that that would happen after 4x06

i also don’t think it’ll be wynonna because it’s a BOLD move to kill off a show’s titular character

i don’t think it will be jeremy because, unfortunately, i don’t think he is, for lack of a better word, important enough (that hurts to say) to make the emotional impact that a main character death would need. the same goes for nedley

if it isn’t waverly, it will be doc, but i still feel like the emotional impact wouldn’t be there (maybe that’s just me though)

think about the impact that waverly dying would have. she is the emotional center of the show. she’s the heart. her dying would rip out that heart

Throughout Wynonna Earp, the show doesn’t really reveal a lot about Nicole when she was younger. Many people write her as a straight-A student, but there is far too much evidence to the contrary for this to be plausible. Instead of fitting into the ‘top-student’ trope, she falls into the classic ‘dumbass’ mindset. Nicole Haught has canonically asked how fast trees grow, threw a very dangerous ring into the woods randomly, cannot comprehend the concept of ‘Yahtzee’, and admitted that she failed college. Not dropped out - failed, an unmistakable tribute to her innate dumbassery. However, dumbassery is not inherently a bad trait for a character, and Nicole tends to use her dumbassery to add to her charm. In this essay I will -
