GUYS. GUYS. GUYS. 1) @barackobama has the best facial expressions and 2) I am at my lowest weight as an adult!! And I hope I don’t jinx myself or anything, but I am so damn proud of myself. When I first started working out after starting college, I got down to 220. I knew I could do it again, and I did. This year though, every single time I hit 220, I went back up. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I know weight isn’t what’s important, but it’s a quick check on how you’re doing, and it was really frustrating. So...I am giving myself all the back pats.
