“You can have all the kisses you want!” Nagisa responded softly against his boyfriend’s lips, stepping back just a bit to look into those lavender eyes he loved so much. “We’ve been so busy with finals Rei-chan, it’s been hard to spend time together…” A small sigh escaped the boys lips as he set a playful finger against Rei’s lips as he spoke. “But now that we’re more free… Wanna hang out with me tonight…? You can sleep over at my place, if you want… I’m the only one there tonight…”

“We have been incredibly busy, studying is definitely important though.” Although Rei couldn’t deny the fact that he was relieved to be able to finally relax for the holidays. The pale blush rose upon the megane’s cheeks at Nagisa’s words within an instant. “You’re home alone? I m-mean…I would love to stay over.”

“Yeah, My parents are visiting my grandmother and my sisters are out for the night... So I thought it would be the perfect time to invite you over, Rei-chan!” Nagisa gently took hold of his boyfriend’s hands, smiling through that flustered pink on his cheeks. “It’s been a long time, or.. At least it feels like its been too long. I know we’re both busy and have good reasons to focus on other things, but... I miss you sometimes, Rei-chan...”

“Well, I’ll never object to one of your kisses.”

“Do you have any classes today?” Rei questioned, attempting to make conversation in a futile attempt to try and ignore the blond’s delicious scent.

“... Are you sure that you’re okay...?”

Nagisa frowned in concern as he watched his friend walk with him as they made their way back to their dorm room. All throughout class Rei had seemed more exhausted and distracted from the lesson as usual, which was strange for a talented student like him. Every time the blonde asked the vampire how he was feeling Rei would try to shrug it off, but it was obviously a huge deal. He wished Rei would at least tell the truth about his health... He shouldn’t have to be ashamed of such a thing.

“Is it because you haven’t been getting the right blood, Rei-chan?” The witch reached over to place a hand on Rei’s shoulder to help him keep balance, though he took a moment to stop the vampire where he stood and looked into his eyes. “Rei-chan... You can’t go on feeling sick like this, you know...” The blonde sighed lightly as a small and caring smile spread across his lips. “You’re making me a bit worried, I’ll admit.”
