chan — honestly, chan would be the best at helping you deal with anxiety. we’ve all seen through his vlives and caring for the members just how tender and kind-hearted he is and it would definitely extend to assisting you and your anxiety. he would do absolutely anything to aid you, whether that be giving you space if you desired, staying with you throughout all the panic/anxiety attacks, distracting you or give you anything you needed. he would just be absolutely perfect in helping you with whatever you wanted.
minho — once minho found out about your anxiety, he made it no secret that he wouldn’t know exactly what to do in times of pressure for you and that you may need to tell him how he could help. once that conversation had taken place, minho would have no second guesses once your anxiety takes over and he would do exactly what you had asked of him, whether he would just remain by your side or going through steps with you to calm you down — asking you five things you can feel, smell, hear and see. in general, minho would remain calm for you despite his heart hurting for the struggles that were being put on you.
changbin — changbin would be one to be extremely protective over his s/o when they have anxiety. if you two were out in public and everything was becoming too much for you, he would envelop his hands around you, telling you everything was alright and that he would help you. he would even go as far as not letting others go near you due to his overprotectiveness, especially when you were in such a vulnerable state.
hyunjin — hyunjin is someone who wants to know absolutely everything about his s/o, and your anxiety would be top of the list for him. you two would have deep rooted conversations about when your anxiety started and how he could help in anyway, when you reassured him that just him being there for you was enough, he would do exactly that once your anxiety got too much. he would inspirit you by wrapping his arms around you, repeating that he was there for you and that your panic would pass. once it did, he would make the rest of the day as comfortable as possible for you such as staying at home with popcorn and a movie where he could just stay by your side.
jisung — since jisung himself deals with anxiety, he would be the best in helping you deal with yours. he would try and apply what works for him with calming him down to you, but since you are your own person he would try and find other ways in helping you. once you two had a deep discussion into the topic, he found that you thrive in distractions so your sole attention on your anxiety would waver. so when your anxiety was becoming too much, jisung would talk your ear off about other topics to help divert the worry, holding you close to him so he could feel the slowing of your heartbeat.
felix — felix would be one to do immense research on what to do when you’re s/o has anxiety. he would apply all the useful tips he could find from websites to you whenever your anxiety would appear, he would stop using ones that weren’t helpful and with ones that were, he made sure to use them over and over to reduce your anxiety in the moment. you also asked him to keep contact with you in any way if you were having a panic/anxiety attack, so he made sure to keep a simple touch on you at all times, a hand wrapped in yours or an arm enveloped around your shoulders.
seungmin — i feel like seungmin would deliver reassurance and help through silent touches and quite words. he knew how your anxiety worked and when it spiked the most, so when he noticed you getting anxious, he would hold your hand and put his forehead against yours, saying quiet comforting phrases to help calm your nerves. he would also often sing as he knew you loved his voice, it was a familiar and soothing sound that reassured you that you were safe as long as you were with seungmin.
jeongin — despite jeongin trying his best to help you through your rough patches with anxiety, i feel that he himself might worry. he would fret over whether what he was doing is helping you and if there is anything more he can do. when he went to chan over his panic, chan gave him the best possible advice which he then applied to helping you. when you either felt a panic/anxiety attack arise, jeongin would sit you down and take deep breaths with you, counting to 100 to slow your heart rate and take each and every step with you to reduce your anxiety as much as possible. overall, he would just try his absolute best in helping you.
