A few weeks ago I told some of my coworkers about the free shelf that we have at work. It's out of the way so not a lot of people know about it. Basically, as a bookstore, the business receives advanced copies of books. They can't be sold so they're put on the free shelf for a few months before being destroyed and recycled.

I guess one of my younger coworkers decided to go and pick out a book from shelf but he didn't think about reading the back to find out what it was about. Apparently it was graphic gay porn. This was how he found out we sold erotica at my workplace.
