It's so funny to me that when the first chapter of deltarune was released i was 11 years old, now i'm gonna be 20/21 when the next chapter releases and the main characters are still like 16
Project W
Had this as a work in progress for a while, decided to finally finish it.
Can’t wait for the Code Veronica remake!! Finally drew Claire with her new design for it.
Old Mia and Jill concept. Just wanted to see them work together.
The TADC fandom are the most recent example of crybaby fans that will scream, cry and piss themselves at the slightest bit of criticism. If you dare suggest that their perfect show is not as deep and groundbreaking as they think it is, they will throw a fit and curse all your ancestors.
It's okay Kris deltarune, I too want to kill myself
Hey, I need to tell you something
when its lowkey been 4 months
CLAIRE REDFIELD FANS WE ARE SO BACK
I'm having a lot of fun drawing stylized Wesker. He's so vampire-coded.
wesker & chris confrontation from the original 'resident evil' (1996) known for wesker sounding genuinely offended as chris laughs in his face
Having a character that looks like you but their character development is boring, their relationships suck, their arcs suck, their personality is unbearable and you hate their fucking guts.
Wesker has insomnia.
Regarding the TADC stuff that's been going on since I have some thoughts;
I think it's completely understandable and should be encouraged to no longer be in support of a creator if they've been racist no matter how long ago they've said these things in the past/ how extreme it was if they aren't able to properly take accountability and telling Black people to "just get over it" because you like these creators is parasocial and dismissive as fuck.
You cannot just say something was 6 years ago when the creators involved were all adults then and refuse to take proper accountability NOW, I think it's a very privileged and ignorant mindset to be able to forgive something like this so easily and usually this comes from white people in fandom. (Look up "I'm not Touching You Racism")
The argument that these creators are people too should also be looked at differently. They are people but they're also public figures/people with influence, when so many eyes are on you, you CANNOT be seen as just another person when you have influence on a big amount of people around you; Public figures should be held at a much higher standard.
I think that the complaints from the creators themselves being harassed for being racist is ultimately making things worse for the demographic they were racist to, especially when black people in fandom spaces have been the end of constant harassment for just existing for YEARS and ARE getting harassed for speaking their dislike on it. (yes it's also bad the creators are being harassed, but two things can be exist at the same time.)
Black people should not have go at insurmountable lengths to justify their right to enjoy a piece of media that isn't racist and to have space in a fandom that welcomes them just as much as others. Black people should not have to excuse racism from these creators out of fear of harassment or just because it's so normalized that these creators are usually racist.
I'm not black myself so I might get things wrong, at the same time it's not the responsibility of black individuals to educate me or others on ignorance but my own.
On a similar but unrelated note, while it's sad that the TADC leaks are out before its release, I'm not against people watching it since it's very likely that the animators involved have already gotten paid for their work, just don't spoil it for the fans who haven't watched it/choose to watch it until official release.
