Coffee Shop || Open Para
Winona giggled slightly at the boy, thinking to herself what the odds were he knew of this place too. Considering the shop was almost always empty when she was there, she figured no one from school would be familiar with it. She took another sip of her coffee and leaned back in her chair.
She ran her fingers through her hair, “You take AP English?” She nodded, clearly impressed. “I’ve never been one for school.” She giggled a bit, and looked down at her coffee cup.
Jesse shrugged and nodded. "Yeah, I take a lot of AP classes. My parents expect the best, plus if I want to do everything I like then I have to be and extremely good stude. That's at least what my mother tells me." His eyebrow shot up when she told him she wasn't too goood in school. "Really? I fully expected you to take AP English, since I assume you like to read." He smiled and looked back at the girl after taking another sip of coffee.
Before she could say anything, he looked once around the room and then opened his mouth to speak. "I didn't really expect to see anyone I knew here. It's kind of a hidden coffee shop, especially for someone so new to the city. How'd you find out about it?" He asked before leaning back again.
