gif quality

does anybody know why my gifs look so horrible? on my pc they look really good, but after i upload them here the quality is really low. even if the gif is under 5MB but has more layers than cca 80 - the result is awful. help please?  for example:

they look even worse if i upload the whole gifset... like what the hell?
