hey sidney! i checked out updatedrp and the people who have spoken up FOR is*ael makes total sense to not make packs of them, but i'm saddened that amita won't have resources for it due to the show. it might be me (and i apologise if this comes across wrong, i simply just wanted to get it off my mind!) we're not promoting the show if we gif somebody. there's no streaming of it, buying it, watching it actively (i assume there's a torrent or download for it) and therefore only provides access to resources for a woman of color, specifically an underused one. i totally respect your choice (i mean, they're your gifs, after all!) i just think it'd be different if amita WAS a z*onist, rather than a person in the show that we're not watching by using the gifs :(

hello, anon! i understand where you’re coming from and i may agree with certain parts that making gifs - at least to me - doesn’t mean outright support of the media coming out of it when it's more about the actor than the media itself, especially the way most people are engaging with said media. i’m not set out to spend (streaming or buying) or make money out of them (commissions that i personally don’t want to take) and that for the most part, a lot of roleplaying is taking gifs out of the context of media they’re in. in this case, though, i really don’t think i’m fine with putting out gifs from a show essentially titled tony & zionist (her brother's background being especially abhorrent). amita is very beautiful and talented and terribly underused so i’m looking forward to future projects she’ll be putting out but i'll just let this one pass.

note : have been made aware of how pro zionist ncis: tony & ziva (having a zionist character, the titular ziva in it - more over here & @updatedrp who took the time to kindly inform me and for that i apologise's post here) and therefore have taken down my amita suman gif pack of the show and will not be posting a continuation pack of it. i'm not sure if amita suman herself is a zionist, but the proximity to a show that centers its zionist character doesn't sit right with me.
