Maybe this is obvious (or maybe it's completely unintentional)

Grace's word choice of "You're murdering me" always stuck out a bit to me, I feel like most people would naturally opt for "You're killing me". The term 'Murder' generally leans more towards ethos than pathos. He knows making Stratt feel bad won't do anything, so he's subconsciously trying to appeal to her sense of justice. Or maybe I'm crazy, jury's been out concerningly long on that one.
