Recently some very vaild points have been brought to my attention. As such i will be temporarily stoping the bookstagram feed on my account. I will not be stopping my Instagram but this account will be reverting back to its haphazard disorganised non esthetic ways. Its a little rainy outside were i am right now but all that means for me is some good old fashioned reading time :) and tea, coffee or hot chocolate. Curling up with a book during drab days and escaping into there pages. Thats just about one of the best things i can think of. . . Question of the day bookworms is this: what is your favorte rainy day reading set up? Any must haves with your books or a particular spot you need to be in? If you like answer in the comments below. . . Mine would be my little "reading/hangout nook" in my room/studio. A nice comfy love seat that my family has had since i was in grade 6 i think. I took it over when my parents got new couches about 10 years ago. I am now in my 30s its been with me forever. Also there are lots of pillows in my nook. In addition to the nook i tend to always have a beverage (either coffee, tea, or hot chocolate most of the time), a blanket and sometimes music in the background. Also sometimes my childhood tedsy bear. Lets be honest these days turn into nap days more often than not for me. But i still love them. . . After taking this picture I've noticed that i need to get some more props and back drop stuff (the store that i got my backdrop at closed the location were i bough them so hopefully the other locations have what i need). Spent a good portion of my day cleaning up and re-organizing my book shelves. The first picture with white shelf in it holds all of my novels, comics and most of my essay plus aome of my packaging collectuon amoung other things (like my japanese calligraphy set and my D. Leonardt & co. Manuscript dip pen.) . The second photo is of the dresser next to my reading spot (the couch i have in my room so comfy) that has my makeup collection, @wizards_magic cards and alot of my typography and graphic design art and essay books. I love there colours but these are organised by size for structural integrity. . Next is my brown bookshelf with all of my professional referance books, art books, some of my sketchbooks and more. This shelf is still a work in progess like them all but i am trying to get another shelf in my room for my books. . The second to last photo is my reading space. My couch with a pile of pillows and some unseen blankets. I also tend to curl up here when sick. . And finally my view from my reading corner. Sometimes ill pull out my computer ans watch movies on it. Hi all my bookish friends lets take a look at the pile up that is only twp of my sheleves. You heard that ita only to, and these shelves (and side pile) hold moat pretty much all of my professional referance books (im a graphic designer) and most of my novels. Im aure i have more floating around. I know its notnas pretty as other bookstagramers shefies but im hopeing to clean them up today. And some of my other shelves to if i can get to them. . . . My one clean shelf is my yarn and crafting book shelf and thats still over flowing. Does that happen to other people? .
