I’m always looking to heighten my different clair senses as well as my tarot reading skills. I put together a little practice guide for you and your tarot deck! Here are four different clair senses you can work with. All you need is a tarot deck.
☀️Clairaudience- This is the psychic ability to hear. For this exercise go ahead and pick a card that looks super busy like The Tower for example. Take the time to look at the card and just look at all the actions going on and what noises would you hear. Close your eyes and concentrate on the sound of your breathing, the birds around, even the static in the air. Then start to imagine the sound of the card. Can you hear the lightening? Can you hear the chaos? Once you complete that go ahead and find an other card and try again.
☀️Clairsentience- Defined as the psychic ability to feel (sensation). If this is an area you choose to practice in, pick 3 cards total. 1 of which you are drawn to and 2 that you dislike. Concentrate on these cards and the how you feel in your hand. Can you feel the positive energy of your card? Go ahead and flip your cards over. Close your eyes and begin to shuffle them around with out looking. Now that you shuffled them enough where you forget the placement (If you find this difficult have an other person shuffle them). Begin to hover your hand over the cards. See if you can find the 1 card that you are drawn too based off the sensation of the card. Once you master this add more cards.
☀️Clairempathy- The psychic ability to feel others emotions. For this excercise you will need to pick a court card or a card that has a persons face. Study the expression of the person. Are they happy or sad? Are they in deep thought? What kind of sadness? Depression? Loss? Now close your eyes and put yourself in their shoes. Begin to feel their loss, their pain. This will strengthen your clairempathy.
