First off I want to say I am a divorced male, who enjoys threesomes, groups, watching or being watched. It's tough in general for a single guy participating in this lifestyle. There are a ton of guys that want to be part of it and couples have every right to be picky on who they play with. It's made even tougher by guys that are jerks therefore making it more difficult for normal, respectful guys out there. My work is causing more stress because I was transferred to 3rd shift for the foreseeable future as punishment for standing up for what I believe in...so it is more difficult for me to play as it has to be coordinated with my schedule. All that being said, last night was my only night off for a while and I set up a threesome with a local couple, this was our first interaction. As I was leaving last night I get the email that something had come up and they had to cancel. Frustrating, but something really could have come up. Still frustrating for me though as I was jazzed for some fun and now I have a free night. So I started to look online for a last minute replacement, even posting an ad myself...but being so late I was not holding my breath. Within minutes I had 3 responses...things were looking up. But both of those quickly fizzled out 2 due to how late it was getting and the other because I could not host. Understandable but frustrating none the less. Spent most of my night in a chat room, I did make a couple connections for future encounters...but nothing currently. Just as I was about to give up my ad from several hours earlier generated another response. I was a bit shocked, but I followed up on it...we exchanged a few emails, a few pics, then they wanted a number to reach me at, to make the final arrangements. I gave them my cell and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally I emailed back and asked when they planned on calling...at this point it was almost 6:30 in the morning. Said she needed time to get ready, by 8 am they would be ready. I had some business in the general vicinity they lived, so I took care of my business. About ten minutes after 8 I finally get the call, explaining their location, it turns out I was pretty close already. But she needed a few more minutes. I was waiting for the address to be texted to me, instead I get another phone call...to go over the rules for our encounter. Finally I got the text and off I went to fine the address. I find the place pretty easy, I parked and walked up to the duplex, one half for rent the other side looked like no one was home. I started to fetch a bad feeling. I knocked on the door...nothing. I knocked again...nothing. I am starting to feel like an idiot standing outside the door...so I call their cell phone. I tell them I am waiting outside...he said be there in a minute...10 go by and now I am an idiot for still standing here!! So I call the cell phone again...this time it goes to voice mail. I thanked them for the offer, but there seemed to be some issue I was unaware of...so I was leaving. If something changed they had my number. I went back to my car and gave them a few minutes to respond...nothing. Now I am extremely frustrated...I then let that frustration get the better of me and blew up their phone with text messages. I just wanted to explain to them how frustrating it is to be on my side of it, and for them to be up front with me. I was not nasty, just explaining my side...I know I should have just let it go...but it had been a long night. I guess I would just like to say to people that if they like the fantasy of having someone else join them just be up front with that. Do not go through all the motions and get to the meeting point and flake out. If people want to hear about my experiences by emailing or chatting I have no issue doing that...just be up front with that info...I would like to meet and do them but I get that it's a big step from fantasy to reality. I know my first time doing anything in the lifestyle was the most nerve racking experience leading up to it...once I did it, it was awesome!! But it's tough to take that step...just be honest, is all I ask. I will step down from my soap box now.
