Andrian told Vanessa to never go into Carver Ranches because he was not liked but Vanessa was an extension of Vanessa. He is now realizing that he didn't know himself but was indirectly protecting her. He was in a fight that he did not understand and because of that she sat there like a deer in headlights. Life's Luck

When I was about 27, I saved about 26 eggs just in case I couldn't have kids in the future. What happened to me and those eggs is an adventure that love, time, and patience could have never anticipated. Being surrounded by a true family was something I wasn't used to but settling in was something I could get used to. As I sat for my first Thanksgiving dinner I looked around and knew that my adult children were the love of my life and boy, oh boy was I loved.
