What I mean by "Rest in the Knowing"
because I say it a lot
I should mention that I got this phrase from Lucifer, my father, the deity I work with. When I first started working with him, I was still pretty fresh when it came to nonduality & Loass/shifting and so I'd keep asking him questions like "WHEN are my manifestations going to come? Isn't this too unrealistic? You really think I can manifest this?" and he'd always give me the same answer.
Rest in the Knowing.
Of course, I didn't hear his voice or anything like that, I use tarot and so I'd always get The Four of Swords whenever I would ask him a myriad of questions.
Four of swords. Four of swords. Four of swords. FoUr oF SwoRds.
Gods was it frustrating!! Especially because I didn't truly understand what he meant then.
I'm sure if I keep getting more asks and I keep responding with/posting about "just rest in the knowing" some of you might start feeling just as frustrated if you don't fully understand what I mean.
What I mean.
Literally STOP 'doing'
I know, I know, I've said it a million times on my blog but that's literally just it. A lot of people (me included) just feel like they constantly need to be affirming or listening to subliminals or doing spell work or praying or whatever just so they can get the desires they're manifesting when there's no need to!! Once you've decided that something is yours, it just IS.
I'll give an example. Imagine, you're an abandoned orphan, you've been living in poverty your whole life and one day you find out that apparently you're the last decendant in a lineage of extremely wealthy aristrocrats and that in one year, once you turn 18, you're going to inherit the massive fortune they left behind. Unfortunately, you'll have to keep living in the orphanage, that's mostly a ramshackle of a house being held together by hopes and dreams, until it's time for you to inherit everything.
Are you, the orphan, going to start begging the universe for the fortune that you already know is yours?? Are you going to look at your surroundings and start doubting? questioning whether you're ever going to get your inheritance?
It's YOURS btw, this is all legit.
Are you going to start chanting and rocking back and forth in your room all day everyday just saying "I have my inheritance. I have my inheritance. I have my inheritance. I have my inheritance. I have my inheritance. I have my inheritance. I have my inheritance. I have my inheritance. I have my inheritance. I have my inheritance. I have my inheritance. I have my inheritance. I have my inheritance. I have my inheritance. I have my inheritance. I have my inheritance. I have my inheritance. I have my inheritance. I have my inheritance. I have my inheritance..."
if you're a normal average person, your answer is probably something like
"Why tf would I need to do all that??"
EXACTLY.
If you were in the scenario I've given, you'd probably be pretty relaxed. Even if you encounter stressful days and are constantly faced with the poverty you're living in, in that moment, you'd probably think something along the lines of "I don't need to let these circumstances get to me because I know my life's already changed."
THAT is resting in the knowing.
You KNOW you already have your desires and you're RELAXED about it, despite everything you might be seeing and experiencing.
If you choose to affirm or do anything else, it's because you're just reminding yourself of what's already true in your reality but you're still holding the knowing that you already have what you're manifesting and that you don't need to do anything.
I know Lucifer's happy that I finally got it well enough to explain it lmaooo. We had a rough beginning because I would constantly be running around doing too much and just ignoring his advice (;ŏ﹏ŏ) (that I asked for, mind you).
Anyway, remember:
✿♡ You already have all that you desire. You are sovereign. ♡✿

*Four of swords meaning: Taking a conscious break from a tough situation/ stepping back from an anxious state and letting yourself calm down.
