Poison

Poison is when

Youre done with a conversation but the other person has not expressed there point of view

Poison is when you are ok with discord

Poison is when you accept someones circumstance rather than their inherent humanity as validity

Poison is, not arguing, as a resolve

Poison is a shut mouth

Poison is hearing but not listening

Poison is contagious

Poison is learned

Insurrection is poison

Because we share blood am I too poison

I try to fight this poison but when youre done you are done

I guess sometimes we just have to step aside and allow the earth to swallow the poison and only pray that we can suck out that poison that we mistake for love.

Sorry that you feel that way...

I apologize that I was upset...

Im sorry that you didnt bring it to my attention...

All ways of saying that you dont really care. You dont really know how you wrong me. You dont really understand your own emotions let alone care about mine. But I cant be upset because clearly I have wronged you in some way and have not shown you the way to be truly remorsful. Unfortunately we are both two neutrons stars spewing masses of energy in an eternal dance of contention not wanting to crash into eachother and not wanting to drift too far apart yet we still are draining eachothers life giving power. All because we cant truly say Im sorry.

You say, How can you tell me what to apologize for?

By telling you how you wronged me...

Because if you don't know how you have grieved me how can you truly be sorry?
