˗ˏˋ this month, i have five books planned to read:
♡ the afterlife of holly chase
i recently finished this one and absolutely loved it! if you are looking for a cozy and fun winter read, i definitely recommend
i'm reading this for school, but i am liking it so far
when my eng lit teacher was talking about jane eyre, he said that pride and prejudice was set in the same period in england, but of course these two books are from girls who are on opposite ends of the economic and social classes. i thought this read would be good to further my knowledge on how women were treated during this time depending on their beauty and backgrounds!
♡ the feast of all saints
this book is by one of my favorite authors: anne rice. you may know her as the author to the vampire chronicles, which i've been obsessed with since like covid. i started this book ~a year ago, but i only got to like 30 pages despite enjoying it so i want to continue and finish it this winter
♡ the tale of the body thief
another anne rice read! this is in the vampire chronicles, but it is the fourth book. i've heard pretty scary things about lestat's character in this so i'm a bit afraid to start it...
𝄞⨾𓍢ִ໋ moving on from the books, i am playing in my school's winter piano recital! i chose last christmas to play, and my friends are doing really cute songs, too! hopefully i can memorize my song in time.. but wish me luck; tomorrow i am going to school to hopefully master this song.
i would also like to write an original story based off of some of my sims characters, but i am a bit unsure where to start. i will try to outline some plot details and character descriptions, and i wonder if i should make a page for my ocs. lmk what you guys think!
otherwise, i hope everyone is having a good winter so far. finals are coming up so let's stay positive! >ᴗ< ᵎᵎ
