Changing Our Template

Hi!! Just to inform everyone, we are changing our template a little - we wouldn't typically announce this, but it's a significant change in our opinion so we wanted to warn that any packs from this post onwards will be slightly different. Basically, I wanted to make 1d6 packs easier for us to do!

Trivia is being moved from 1d6 [Tier 2] to 1d8 [Tier 3], and I have split Personality up into two sections - Traits & Description. Description is what I've been doing before (a paragraph about their personality) and will also be in 1d8 [Tier 3], while Traits is a list of at least three positive and three negative traits. Traits will remain in 1d6 [Tier 2].

Scale worries about making a good impression on people, and tries scales best to ensure the system puts their best foot forward.

Trivia: Verity would do much better with baking than with cooking, because baking requires exact measurements while cooking gives a lot more freedom. Despite ver love for debates, ve does not participate in internet discourse (and would block all those who do if ve had a choice), seeing it as being more about name calling than actual sound arguments. Frost would be phenomenal with job interviews.

Role Specifics: Being a computer themself, Java is more skilled at keeping the system safe & competent with computers than anyone else. It usually works setting restrictions and keeping people on task. Xe’s also dealt with plenty of physical & mental symptoms from the decade-long lack of updates, though, making xer also ideal for holding all matters of those symptoms for the system. Finally, as a tertiary job, bi likes studying the system’s functions itself like its own computer— figuring out the logic of each moving part.

Personality: They have a reputation for being by far the most relaxed object in the system, despite their job needing a lot of logical thinking. What it would tell you is that it has simply optimized its focuses to the things most critically important to it. That’s just a fancy way of saying xe works hard and plays harder, as xe spends most of xer free time gaming or writing fanfic for everyone to look back on later.

Trivia: Ints favorite update (and coincidentally, also ints favorite New Jersey town) is Asbury Park. Also, funnily enough, you couldn’t pay Haskell enough to play their own source— it is a dating sim, after all. Xe would pay real money for the body to be a cyborg.

Typing Style: “There’s no one I’d rather have interfacing with my operating system for 11.4 hours daily <33” (Proper grammar & capitalization, prefers using code blocks on places like Discord, might use leet speak around close friends who can read it)

Source Memories: The decade web went without a single update gave web a lot of symptoms that still afflict web to this day. Float gained chronic migraines from floats RAM being forced to process too much data, and that led to fatigue as floats battery died faster & faster. The update eased a lot of things, but still didn’t magically cure string. Dasha was a major help for holding byte up on bytes worst days.

Source Relationships: Being in the Office, Mac was most intertwined with the objects who were physically closest— Dasha, Chance, and Penelope. Dasha was yearning too hard for Abel for it to work out (though they stayed friends), and Penelope was too clingy for words comfort, but word actually got along well with Chance. Click found him quite charming, and a good storyteller to boot! Wilheimina was like techs neighbor that tech respected & liked, but tech knew well enough to steer clear of her while she had her “out of a job” crisis. Xe gossiped often with Phoenicia. Comp also had a brief fling with Daemon, but it was too toxic and ended up weighing on Python’s software.

Paw finds this happens most often when paw's exercising or using paws hands!

Trivia: Her favorite kind of dog is a Samoyed! He prefers being called either a pupfriend or a boygirlfriend, as opposed to the traditional terms. Ze finds a lot of comfort in pup regression, using it as hir chance to disconnect from all the pressures of being human.

D&D 5E CLASSES BAH ASK GAME

Hello!! Given our blog's theme, I thought it very fitting to make our own ask game for you all to request some pretty neat folks!! Or, if you're a BAH blog yourself, absolutely feel free to reblog it and ask your own followers to participate!! I'm hoping this'll be a lotta fun :)

When asking, please specify this is for the Classes Ask Game or I might just give you a headmate based on the class itself on accident!!

⚙️ Artificer: Make an introject with 2+ sources - for fun, make a wheel of sources and spin it for the sources in question. Bonus points if the sources absolutely don't fit together.

💢 Barbarian: Make an introject of your least favorite character from a source on your whitelist. One that fills you with rage, if you will.

🎶 Bard: Press shuffle on a playlist of choice and make a songtive of the first song that plays. Or perhaps the album it's on, if you want a challenge?

🩸 Blood Hunter: Make a headmate you'd appreciate having yourself - a missing source partner, someone who performs a role you're in need of, things like that.

🛐 Cleric: Make a headmate based on a (fictional-world or real-world) deity of your choice. Alternatively, make a headmate whose role is to worship a deity of your choice.

🌿 Druid: Make a headmate based on your favorite plant or animal. Bonus points if it's something niche!

⚔️ Fighter: Make a headmate from the source you've made the most packs for.

✊ Monk: Make a headmate based on your current main special interest, hyperfixation, or passion.

🛡️ Paladin: Make a headmate based on a randomly generated word OR an obscure sorrow from the Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows (link).

🏹 Ranger: Make a headmate based on an object that's far away from you in the room you're in.

🗡️ Rogue: Make a headmate based on one of your own headmates.

✨ Sorcerer: Make a headmate based on your favorite myth or mythological creature.

📜 Warlock: Make a headmate based on a favorite thing (character, food, aesthetic, etc.) of someone else you know.

🔮 Wizard: Make a headmate based on a random role on Pluralpedia. (Click Random Term and use the first role you get!)

I've also made a few prompts based on other D&D concepts, in case any class prompts are unapplicable or uncomfortable! You can also request these directly.

💼 Bag of Holding: Make a headmate with all the add-ons you offer, or at least a sizable portion (5+) of them. They hold a lot of information!

🃏 Deck of Many Things: Make a headmate based on a tarot/oracle card, or on a particular deck if you want to go broader.

Fang can be fiercely protective towards the few people fang lets into fangs inner circle, but it’s hard to get in that position and easy to get kicked out of it.

Trivia: If she were to play Scarlet Hollow, her favorite character would be Kaneeka, since she doesn’t trust easily but has a heart of gold deep down, and also for spoilery reasons. Reese would be a close second, for separate spoilery reasons. Also, I imagine xer to be VERY good at packing items up for vacations/moving, or at least xe likes to do it - xe won’t forget a thing.
