One week in to Jump manual.
Played basketball and tennis this week so needed to modify slightly.
Sun - weights
Mon - rest
Tues - core
Wed - tennis
Thurs - b-ball
Fri - Golf
Sat - b-ball am and weight - 2 in Pm
Sun - height check
I did stretching and off day exercises although may have missed the odd day.
Missed a plyo session due to tennis and basketball so decided it made sense to keep on with weights.
Overall knee feels good which I’m pleased about. Flaring up less and when it does flare-up it’s for less time and less extreme.
Height checks don’t seem huge increase va previous, but it was day after legs.
Standing vertical. I hit mid way up third paper from ceiling. Hitting the bottom of the second from top will be a big goal. Technique can definitely be better too. Use more arm swing and keep arms raised high.
